Ordered a product on 17th December. I had two different addresses, one is billing address and the other os the shipping address. It was supposed to be delivered at the shipping address. But instead they tried delivering it at the billing address. So had to refuse the delivery.
Now the situation is that, I have paid the price, I didn't receive the product but the tracking shows delivered. The customer service personnel is unable to provide any clarification. Was this information helpful? |
