Godrej Interio — radiance dining chairs | |||
I had raised a complaint regarding the rusting of dinning table chairs (Radiance dinning chair) on 15th july 2017. (The product is under warranty when the complaint was raised) Technician had visited us within 2 days and after verification confirmed that all the chairs have started rusting. Godrej interio call no # k[protected]. I received an sms on 21st july stating that the material would be delivered within 21-30 days. However when the replacement was not delivered, i tried to follow up (Last week of august) and again on 9th september 2017 with alert security (Authorized service provider), they mentioned that that they do not the stock with them and the same has not been displaced from head office branch. Please look into this issue and since it is more than 3.5 months and i am yet to recieve the replacements and i have been constantly asking for updates but godrej is failing to provide the same. Godrej try to supply rain damaged items to their customers, that explains the rust.
