Godrej Interio — received defective items | |||
I have purchased godrej storwel m2 (Pacific blue color) and morpheus king bed on 6th may 2018. Items have been delivered on 16th may 2018. Technicians came and installed on 18th may 2018. Unfortunately both the items have significant defects. When items came from store itself have more defects how we would be like to use them. I have mentioned the same as unsatisfactory in the feedback I have requested the godrej interio to replace both the items. I do not want any patch works to be happen before start using. But still today 31 may 2018 i did not received my items yet. Inspite of calling the service person whom i have contacted in past he is not attending my calls anymore. Storwel m2 has below defects: 1. Front doors have more gaps at corners 2. Color is faded inside 3. Both the doors are slightly bend 4. There are significant number of dent marks 5. At few places paint came off Morpheus kind bed has below defects: 1. There are few dent marks on the cot steel material. 2. For the right leg head side paint came off at multiple places. Godrej service is dead slow.
