I bought recliner 3 seater and the piece is defective. Complaint was lodged with godrej with call no p[protected] on 01 dec 2018, but since then nothing happened positive. I am living in nagpur and when i registered complaint with godrej i informed them but i received call from technician from pune as they registered this complaint with pune. He called me and told that someone from nagpur will come and resolve the issue. But no one came to see the recliner. Shop keeper is not replying properly and always told me waiting for reply from the company.
This product is in warranty period. I want his product to be replaced with new one
