Godrej Interio — replacement of morf bedside table cream | |
I purchased two morf bedside tables cream which was delivered on 13/09/2019. Apparently one table had some defects which was mentioned in the work order and required replacement. But after a week, i realized even the top drawer is not working smoothly and the handle is also loose. It has come to my notice that the piece delivered to me is not a fresh piece and does not even have the godrej logo. I have purchased so many products from godrej recently (Bed, mattress, 4 atlanta chairs and two bedside tables from your malad showroom - nidhi building). All your products bear the godrej logo except one bedside table. I have never faced issues with your products. But this is the first time no one has bothered to attend to my complaint inspite of mentioning it in the work order and also informing the malad showroom and also the warehouse team. I can give you all the details of the calls made to the concerned persons if the need arises. I was also told that a person would attend to my complain on 20 october, 2019 but nobody came. It is a humble request if you could please replace the bedside table with a fresh piece. Looking forward to your co-operation. We trust godrej interio will do the needful.
