The leatherette upholstery of the new Rio 3 seater sofa delivered on 26.03.21 has torn out along the stitching of one seat (of about 2 inch and gradually increasing) .
It is beyond our expectation that such a problem may arise only after two months of purchasing !
Else other wise I am satisfied with the other aspects of the sofa.
Photo and invoice containing Biller and my address along with contact number is attached herewith.
Request exchange with a similar one or suitably repairing of the same may be done on urgent basis.
Request updates by return mil or call back on the issue.
