Godrej Interio — shelf not delivered even after delivery of wardrobe

This happens with Godrej interio at M/s Cosmic Interiors, Rajeev Square, 1st & 2nd Floor, Shankar Mutt Road, Bm Road. I am extremely unhappy with the response of the store. I received Godrej wardrobe on 2nd June 2019 against the payment done on[protected]. As per the procurement a shelf has to be added to the wardrobe before supply but wardrobe without shelf supplied and the shelf is not supplied even after repeated request(sometimes calls are not attended). I request someone to intervene and do the supply of shelf.
