I had purchased one 3 door steel almirah from your godrej show room at kankurgachi address p-44, cit scheme 7 m, kolkata 700054 on 08.07.2018 making full payment of rs 25953/ vide order no 61213.
On 11.07.2018 the almirah was delivered to me in packed condition. When the person for fitting the almirah came on 13.07.2018, he said one door was defective and needs to be replaced. I have called godrej show room and
Service centre many times and i am being told that this needs approval from mumbai and will take a lot of time without specifying any specific date. I have given my old almirah and as a result i have to keep all my valuables in

I have purchased so many items from godrej previously but never did i have such a horrifying experience i am an employee of lic of india and my colleagues are astonished to hear my experience as we are using so many
Furniture's of your esteemed company.
Finding no proper answer, i had to official lodge a complaint against your dealer.
I am attaching the scanned copies of the receipts for your ready reference.
I would like you intervene for a immediate replacement of the defective door.
