I purchased an almirah On 27th january from 9 Brabone road, kolkata shop. Was delivered and initiateed an installation at my home on 1st February. Almirah door found defective and job is not completed. I am from Canada and here for few days. When i am buying a product anticipating a good workmanship and quality controlled product. Your sales man Initially told me need to wait 2 months but I can not stay 2 months here. I am going back Canada on 10th of Frbruary. I called few times this shop and they told me they are waiting for an reply from your headoffice. In this case I ask you to take this defective almirah back asap and send me a new one before or return my money with penalties for compensation, harrassment and misguide.
