Godrej Interio — sofa back cushion | |||
Hi Purchase of sofa (Model orlando in pure leather; color brown) had been made on 17.06.2017. Invoice is attached here for your reference. During the assembly of the sofa, it was realized that in lieu of left back cushion of 3 seater, right side back seat cushion had been dispatched, i. E two right back Cushions had been dispatched. It was then informed to us that within a months time one right back cushion would be replaced with the left back cushion. Its been nearing three months now and nothing has been done so far. Now its been told that we may receive the back cushion by october end???. Is such response and customer service expected from a reputed brand like godrej??? Well i am really sorry to hear this. Also every time i have to follow up rather than having sel[censored]pdate from the company. There's also an apprehension that color of the back cushion what we may receive now may not match with The sofa as the sofa would be more than 3 months old... Its once again requested that the back cushion may please be replaced at the earliest or we may be Refunded with our payment of sofa or we may be provided with new sofa of the same price.
