Godrej Interio — sofa is getting damaged within one year | |||
We bought rhine recliner 3 str sofa from phoenix machines pvt. Ltd., durgapur on 13th dec, 2017. But within 1year the leather is getting damaged. We are very disappointed with the product quality. We did not expect so bad quality for such costly item. Price was 46600rs We want to replace the cover. We went to the store but they refused to take any action. They asked to pay more 20, 000 rs for sofa cover to them. This is so ridiculous behavior from a godrej store. You should understand we have faith on godrej brand that is why buy your product. You should pay the same respect to keep our faith. We want you to replace the cover. Please find the attached recent photos of the sofa and photos of the bill. Was this information helpful? | |||
