Godrej Interio — sofas - not upto the mark, lack of service support | |||
Dear sir, We purchased sofas in 2017 from your prahalad nagar outlet. After about a year, we found that one piece of sofa is actually sinking when we sit. Gradually, it started sinking more and more. We went to the outlet and informed about the same. First reply, it is out of warranty. We asked them to send someone on paid basis. After a few days (After reminders) a guy appears and starts adjusting the legs of the sofa and something else. That, apparently had no connection with the sinking sofa. It turned out that the guy was not a furniture person. He was actually a plumber or something else. We were really surprised. If godrej operates like a street seller or a one man shop, what can we expect. We have sent few mails to the email id given on the website but still it is not getting any attention. This is really a strange experience with a brand that one has grown up with. I hope you look into it. Was this information helpful? | |||
