We had bought an almirah on dated 9/03/2021 bearing invoice no-GSH/1152/20-21 of an amount of Rs17747.20. Also we had bought an extension of it bearing invoice no-GSH/1153/20-21 of an amount of Rs 6790.28. We found the door of the extension part was defective and the person came to assemble at the behest of your end assured us of replacing the door within 2 weeks. We have made so many phone calls in your customer care regarding the same.The person assured us regarding the change of product within few days.But the matter has not been resolved. These types of people representing you and attending phone calls giving false statements and taking us as a layman is very unfortunate.We bought the product by the brand name of godrej.Do these type of service we expect as a customer?We are very dissapointed regarding your service and product.
