Godrej Interio — Sub standard supply of almirah and non responsive service | |
we had purchased a storewel Godrej almirah with a slimline mirror from show room at 125 MG Road, Secunderbad on 24 January 2015 and the invoice was made on 28 Jan. The delivery was on 30 January. It was damaged and was shown to the pers who delivered it, three hrs after the scheduled time. They mentioned that an installation person would come, check and change the almirah. Numerous calls and there has been no response, even from vikroli customer care. On 28 Feb an almirah was brought as replacement but without a mirror. The same was not accepted. Another month has passed, phone bills increase but almirah still not replaced.
Request take back the almirah, return my money with compensation.
