Godrej Interio — very very poor customer support for mattress replacement | |||
I have purchased dual magic 6" (6 by 6) mattress on 19-04-16. Lot of issue in the mattress. 1. Fungus issue 2. Sagging issue I have complaint in the shop (Aug 12 2017) and they given bangalore dealer no name rahul mandal - [protected], (Nov 13 2017) he said send me the photos through whatsapp, i forward and he taken 1 week time for response, later he said with in (Dec 8th 2017) two days we will replace the mattress, but still now not happened. Now a days i called him he avoid my call he didn't response my call, i send the whatsapp aslo he read and didn't reply. Please dont buy godrej mattress.
