I have godrej washing machine 7.2 kg semi automatic whose complete warrenty extended
for 2 years from 12/12/2012 to 11/12/2014 vide application no.[protected]
dated 29/06/2012 by godrej salesman Mr.Jatin(9681). That time they were commited
me to give regular service, but from 12/12/2012 to 12/03/2014 neither they give any
service nor any technician visit to us. Unfortunately on 12/03/2014 i face some water
dranage problem on my machine and given a complain vide my complain no. D[protected]
Dated 12/03/2013. Mr Manish from NANAK Service attended this call and he charged me
Rs. 138/- because he found a coin from machine.
you know better no body put coin intensially in the maachine. If i will pay for this
so where my AMC will help me. moreover during 2 years i was not taken a single service
from company.Unfortunately in future if Motor will brake down they obviously blame me
due to your wrong electricity supply motor was broken down which you will bear.Godrej
will not take any responsibility.
Even we request to Mr Manish, Techinician to whose visited to attend our call for
servicing of this machine, he simple refused for servicing. I can not open any screw
from you machine, if some parts will brake/damage then i will not responsible.
when technicial ask me to share a security code for closing of this call no.D[protected]
i was not share with him and told him i will give a complain regarding this. still my
complain should open. but yesterday i got a sms, i.e you complain has closed. without
me/ my satisfaction how this complain was closed by them.
This is very serious matter for me. Please consider this hope will get back proper
response from them.
