Godrej — Product quality and service

On the name of repairs and services they take money in advance .
No genuine and original company part are used while repairing...
They have leave the work in between pending for 7 to 10 days..
My washing machine is repaired 6times in 3 years...every visit is 400 rs added with repaired part charges..
My hard earned money is going in drainage I feel...
Very poor services...
People sitting as costumer care staff have only one dialogue
