Godrej — Production of bill after service repair

Raised a service request for a godrej washing machine on 30th may 2020. After raising the request received a call from one of the executive for the visit.
Executive name - rijvan khan

The executive arrived on 31st may 2020.
After the inspection of the washing machine it was found the sensor was out of order. He replaced the sensor and charged the below amount
1. Sensor - 4200
2. Service charge - 350

The amount was paid the executive. The executive informed will be receiving the detail along with the warranty copy for the sensor

However even after multiple follow-ups we did not received any bill or warranty copy.
Its almost a month and still we have not received
