I have only one force since 10 days. I have complained two or three times, no one is responding. I want to replace it now.

I get numerous calls from your staff daily at odd times of the day and i am highly pissed in spite of saying them not to call me again and again. if i want a property I will call you, you don't have to get on my nerve and call me everyday. If you care so much about me, gift me a property. Remove my number from your calling list ASAP!!!

Every day I am getting unwanted spam calls. I have informed them many times that I am not interested in buying any properties than to I am getting 3-4 calls daily.

I have booked one flat in Godrej vihaa badlapur on 6 march 2022 and made a payment of 51, 00 RS
Next day my family members are not much liked the project and asked me to cancel . I had contacted the sales team and informed their response was unprofessional and Lower in this field .
Being a good company like Godrej never expected such staff .
It’s already 2 months I have not received my hard earned money back

.. a few weeks back I had shown interest in one of Godrej's projects called Godrej woodland in Bangalore …After that one NRI executive, communicated with me along with another project person .. they had to demo me the project but never disclosed the legal dispute and litigation of the project .. the information was hidden to me .. also they ask 5 percent as the token amount from me which is almost 2.13 lakhs.

I paid the amount on the 14th of April, 2022 and after the next 10 days, no CRM intimation/ booking confirmation I have received.. in between that HDFC bank let me know that the loan is not possible due to a legal dispute and immediately I request cancellation of the plot. The whole incident kept a mark on my mind and I felt cheated.

They did this to me taking advantage of my NRI status. Never trust this company as they are very below average in my experience.

My name is Anupam Mohapatra and I am the owner of F-1301 in your project Godrej Avenues in Yelahanka, Bangalore.

Myself and my wife are senior citizens and have arthritis, despite requesting multiple times authorities here are very rude and not switching on the lift. We need to climb stairs upto 13th floor which is very difficult.

Its been a month we got handover of the flat on 25th March, 2022. DG back up is also not there in this phase and whenever BESCOM cuts the power we are not able to complete the work of our dream home as promised by Godrej.

What is this harassment ? If this is not resolved, we will be forced to go to Police for the trauma we are going through

Hi,

I had purchased a flat with Godrej Nest Sector 150 Noida on Dated 23 March 2022 of value 11000000. Mr. Sahil is my relationship Manager . I had paid the
5% booking payment and the unit allotted to me is A2 901 .I have the mail for the same.

My next payment date is 23 rd April 2022 as per the application, so i called my relationship manager Mr. Sahil to send me the demand letter to do the payment on time . But he tell me a different story, he informed me that your approval has not come so your allotment may be canceled and he informed me about my allotment or cancellation after some period of time.

This is really frustrating, why you had not informed this thing during the time of booking. He is not providing me a clear picture nor I am not receiving any payment or demand Letter.

Godrej, please help me to clear the situation and follow up with the person
to provide confirmation of the unit and send the demand letter for the next Payment.
Further, I have all the mail and whats app communication for the necessary records.

I regret visiting their property once, it was a prelaunch.. It's now more than 2 years, they still call me from different numbers to check if I need any property.. Though ive denied multiple times..last time I warned them of police complaint and they stopped for a while and again continued

Poor data management and its really dissatisfying being a customer that your records are kept for so long..

For the past 18 months requesting actual site pictures and detailed specifications to be provided of equipment/model numbers to be used for fitting in the kitchen. lift and home cinema.

Have received 0 response from RM.

Last payment for flooring taken in Feb 21. however pics provided later show no evidence of the job being complete. Therefore you have charged prematurely for a milstone not completed.

I Gp Capt J K Chandna (retd), am an allottee of I-504 in Godrej Aqua project,
Bangalore. I am sending this to convey my dissatisfaction & displeasure with your CRM team. I had booked a flat in Godrej Aqua project in Feb 2019. In Sep- Oct last year we were told that the possession of the flat would begin in First quarter ie Jan- March 2022. Then we were told it would be handed over in the first week of March. Based on that assurance, I commenced the interior work for the apartment off site, hoping that we will get the possession but I am yet to get the possession of my apartment, which is resulting in financial loss as I have to make payment to the labour in waiting. On enquiry, they started saying, the date of possession stated was tentative, a word which was never used earlier. This has resulted in lot of confusion, distress, disenchantment with Godrej Properties.l almost have a regret that I decided to buy an apartment with Godrej Aqua. And things have now come to such a pass that the RMs are even refusing to meet and are not able to tell us exactly when can we expect the possession of the apartment. It would be worthwhile to mention here that inspite of so many requests, not even a single tour of the apartment has been conducted. I request you to please look into the issues, I have mentioned and provide remedy to my complaint. Thanks.

I'm recieving too much calls from Godrej properties. Please stop calling this is really frustrating

Godrej has not delivered my flat after delaying it for months and have not even allocated parking to me yet though I have paid every penny they ever asked.

Their RM Akash and his boss Ujjwal never even replies to messages email or calls. Their head Naman never bothers to reply to any email either.

They are most unprofessional and been mentally harrassing buyers like us with no response, do I have to leave my job and personally go everytime to even get an update????

It is bring to your information that I wanted to buy 3BHK Godrej Golf Link apartment in greater Noida in Jan 2022 so I have submit the request on your website but Mr. Shivam (mo-[protected] & [protected]) called me on behalf of Your Channel partner BLUE CRUMBS and verbal promised to give me Rs. 1 Lakh on confirmation booking and if I will book the apartment before 15 Jan 2022 that he will provide the apartment on old price so I have took the VC through Mr. Mayank(Godrej Employee).
But property price was too expensive in Greater Noida Sector so I was confirming the price of this project from another person. I received a call from Manmeet Singh( Your Channel Partner) and I told him every thing. He arranged the another VC through Mr Sudhir(Godrej Employee).
But I was not fully satisfied for sale price of this Apartment so that My Relative Ashish Bansal directly contacted to Godrej Property, Banglore and he got the the Number of Mr. Sudhir i.e directly Contact to Godrej company ( It means no channel partner involved in this deal) . We were visiting to Godrej Golf Link, Greater Noida without any channel partner.
When I was booking the apartment through Sudhir of Godrej Golf Link. the Your Channel Partner Mr. Manmeet has told me on phone for written commitment of Rs. 70000/-on confirmation of booking. If you involved the channel partner in my Booking .Kindly deduct the amount in his brokerage charges and credited to my account. otherwise i will take the further action for false commitment by your channel partner. I already informed to Mr. Nikhil(project Head), Mr. Sudhir, Mr. Mayank of Godrej Employee but no one take the action against channel partner.

I have recently bought an asset in Pune Meadows Phase 2, and there is a serious lack of communication and customer care from the staff I am working with.

Would like to have a dedicated person who takes care of end to end questions for me

I have booked a flat in Godrej Woods project at Sector 43 Noida.

The executives at the project are not providing me the documents required for availing loan from Union Bank of India. They are particularly avoiding to show the original documents to the bank's advocate.

I am constrained to reach out to you.

Kindly do the needful.

I have booked an home in Godrej Vihaa in Badlapur location and given an booking amount of Rs.3Lac, due to conflict with front desk Employees on SDR we asked them to cancel booking but they are not ready rather they are charging me on additional 3lac what a nonsense!

It’s really disgusting Godrej is responding, I wrote to Mohit Malohotra on this but looks like none of them are serious retiring my 3lac, please guide/ suggest how I can get my 3lac return in fact they should return me additional amount on increase of flat value as per current market on pro database.

I will recommend people should not buy home from such renovate and prestigious builders they cheat and trap common people if such incidents arises.

I have applied in the Godrej Retreat Faridabad. I have given a token of Rs 5, 00, 000/- against Godrej Retreat, Faridabad on 13th November 2021. I was convinced by the sales person during my visit that the refund would be processed 45 days after I send a cancellation note. Also, I was assured by the sales person that allotment would be happend on 8th December 2021 but it got delayed. I have attached the mail from godrej regarding my payment EOI confirmation.

I received the mail from Godrej regarding my priority number against my token. Please find attachment.

I cancelled my token on 25th January 2022 over email and phone after our family discussion. I have attached the mail.

I was again asked to fill the cancellation form for cancellation on 22nd February 2021.

Then after multiple follow up over call and whatsapp i have received partly refund of Rs 4, 00, 000/- on 23 March 2022. Still, I haven't received my balance refund of Rs 1, 00, 000/-

I am regularly calling and whatsapp them for refund and higher authority number. They are not helping and very rude. They told me you can visit the site and do whatever you want.

I am not getting a clear message from godrej properties on the refund. Kindly assist me the process so that the refund can reach me as early as possible

Hi, I'm receiving too much unknown calls everyday from Godrej Properties. I have already informed and updated the SPOC that I have already booked the house from. Different vendor. Still getting calls. This is not a professional behaviour to call everyday from unknown numbers. Please if in future i recieve a call i might have to register a complain in Godrej cosumer complaints. My name is Karan Kaushik. I had booked 2BHK flat on 12th Mar, 22 for Rs. 58.25 lac from Godrej properties website (https://www.godrejproperties.com/) and paid Rs. 2.76 Lac on the link provided on the website by Mr Ketan . I have the receipts as well.

Later, after confirmation and getting all the details of the unit on the Godrej properties APP as well, and on 15th Mar, I was asked to pay another Rs. 2.76 Lac to site team (Mr....

Property has been blocked but not given any documentation and now initiating a refund saying the property is in Cancellation. Its been 4 month this communication has been going on and still no further documentation and approval is given.
Kindly help to address the issue- Please contact me for further details.
