Hi my name is Yogesh Saluja I have purchased a flat with mvl palms in 2013 but construction not started yet even now they are not picking the calls, builder has cheated us, now i want my money back...

I have deposited 2.63 lacs in jan 2014 and was allotted a unit t 6 / 1412 but since then i haven't seen any development happening. I have visited multiple times to there office and nothing concrete has come up... I have no clue what is happening...

I paid the money in 2014 for my flat in mvl palms but they never started the construction and they are not refunding the money. I personally visited their office and tried to meed director but no avail.

Now i lodged case with ncdrc, new delhi and hoping to get my money back with interest. I want everyone to get united against mvl limited and put the promoters in bar....

I have booked 1bhk in mvl palm in 2013 and have paid rs520000/- so far. But there has been no sign of project construction to be started. Mvl managment is just fooling us and giving false timelines.

Request if we all can come together and approach government to take a strong action against the builder and make them to comply with rera.

Dear Sir I booked flat initially with 2 lac rupees in Apr-13 & done further payment 2.5 lac in Oct-13 then need to do 3rd payment in Apr-14 at the time of constrcution started but demand for 3rd payment comes in Aug-14 & still construction not started.
