I gave a token amount of Rs. 100000 on 04 Mar 2022 for a 1BHK apartment at 'Godrej Upavan, Kalyan/Bhiwandi

The money was transferred via online payment with my net banking.

However, I have requested for cancellation on 07 March 2022.

Booking details are as below-

Its almost one month passed, I have not recieved my refund.

I have called the sales manager, Deepndra/Poonam/Reetuja, many times but during last one month I am getting answer that your amount will be refunded back. Now Reetuja not answering my calls, no satisfactory reply from any of the executive

I am requesting you to refund the amount as soon as possible.

    The amount has to be paid by godrej housing finance. Why I need to pay the penal interest when I have cleared my dues. Why godrej properties is not communicating with godrej housing finance when the point is clear.if customer needs to provide all the information, not sure what kind of process is being established between godrej properties & godrej housing finance. Day by day i m getting fed up with your emails being repeated with repeatable unclear data. As a customer I'm really irritated with the godrej experience the way things has been dealt with. What is the need that i need to follow up everytime being a customer. Though I'm doing a prompt payment, the responses provided from godrej is not at all satisfactory. Hope in future this problem shouldn't be repeated.

      Godrej as a brand has attracted many individual to trust on their products but the services provided is really disappointing and has affected the trust for many.
      I have bought flat in Godrej Infinity Pune paying additional charges for flat rise and view, but after handover I get to see the view has been blocked by their structural plan which was never informed by the RM nor in blue prints or design. When I contacted back, it is said the team has been dissolved. The assigned person is very unprofessional who doesn’t respond or just keep saying we are checking with the team since more than couple of months nor providing any facts or proofs. Also the Godrej staff has mentioned due to such structural blockage for few flats, they have reimbursed the PLC charge to some owners which I have also confirmed with the individual. I want to raise this complain for such biased step taken by Godrej properties for some, and ignoring totally to others who are also affected.
      This kind of false commitments from Godrej is unacceptable and it needs awareness to everyone who trust on its brand blindly. Proofs and references can be provided on request.

        I had a discussion with Godrej Infinity members and was told they are discussing with management and shall close it by end of April. However, today I have received an update after following up that there is some internal delay from their side with the management and shall resolve my case as per the agreement by mid of May...I have to wait till then

          location - Mahalunge

          I have booked flat no. 2407 in tower 2 on 26th February 2022 with a token amount of 100000 rupees. I swiped my credit cards for payment. Unfortunately because of some personal reason, I canceled the booking the next day itself over a phone conversation & sent mail as well.

          I got a reply from your sales representative that my amount will be forfeited.

          Can you please look in to this.

            Hello,
            i residant of godrej prime 604/t8, shell colony had raised complain 26/03/2022
            the water is flashing from walls of bathroom and due to whcih now its tripping the switch and main electric line as well. It is very dangerous situaion in our house to live in,
            kindly help with the same, our ocs manager told he has mailed the company regarding same on 26/03/2022 but till date 6/4/2022 there no response from anyone.

              High maintenance but the facilities are pathetic. Swimming pool are not cleaned and now it's open just for 2 hours in the evening when the dirty water is not visible since there were complains. People are going to fall sick or face some skin disease if this is not resolved, and then the case would be much bigger.Even equipments in gym are limited and most of them aren't even working. Please look into the matter.

                  I made a booking with Godrej in there project Crest Villas, Golf Links, Greater Noida & paid an amount of 7.5 lakhs in 2017.

                  After few months my financial conditions changed drastically & I asked them to cancel my booking refund my money as I had not signed any agreement till then.

                  It’s been almost 5 years & after writing emails & talking to RM’s they just have one thing to say “ Your Money has been forfeited” & why are you still pursuing it after so many years as if my money has no value. Shameful attitude to say the least.
                  I have told them that my father is suffering from Kidney problem and I need the money that is why I am pursuing, so that I can get him treated but they are so rigid especially Mr Amber as if our money grows on trees & only Godrej is the only company who is doing right thing with everyone.

                    Cancellation of flat and refund of amount

                    I have booked a flat in Godrej Urban park by paying the booking amount of Rs.931, 410 on[protected].

                    Due to personal reasons I wanted to cancel the booking and hence informed the sales executive on 23rd March 2022 with in 3 days.

                    After that I was asked to sent an email and hence sent an email on 28th March 2022.

                    I am not getting any response from Godrej properties for the cancellation and refund...

                      I am the Owner of D-106, Godrej Aria, Sector 79 Gurgaon. It's a matter of Oct 2021 when I have requested Godrej Team to please do some polish on my Main Gate of the flat, as it was looking dull since the time of handover. Mr. Amit Kapoor from the project team of Godrej, never does the work on time, and when he does he provides an inexperienced person every time as per my experience so far.

                      Recently, he provided the polish service on my gate in Oct 2021 as you can see in the attached image. It seems it was done by a Mochi, not a polish painter ( as you can see in the images). I have requested him to please do it again and please bring a guy who is an expert in this field.

                      A few days back, he brought a guy who destroyed the gate by applying thinner on the gate and damaging the polish (attached 2nd image).
                      Now tell me from what angle Godrej is so-called one of the best brands in real estate. But in reality, Godrej is a pathetic builder as we already know and here you have proved it.
                      Why are we paying such huge maintenance here in cheap Godrej society?
                      You guys are always doing a phone call to ask for the best rating, are these your services that are capable of good ratings?

                      To whom have you raised this concern that I haven't received a single call from Godrej yet. Can someone from higher management call me and understand the issue. Because CBRE and Godrej's Manager who is appointed here in our society it seems that they are of no use. They are only here for harassing us nothing else. I will definitely give you a ZERO rating if any survey comes.

                        I made a payment of Rs. 50, 000/- on 20th March 2022 for booking a 1BHK flat in Godrej Skyegrees Phase 2, Pune online on your portal link. Payment was made through Credit Card with the transaction ID :[protected]. I was not shared any confirmation on the booking status on the same day though I was told that Booking allotment will be done immediately after online payment for Booking. Next day when the confirmation of payment and other formal details were shared with me, I found that parking allotment and many other terms and conditions were not what were told by the sales executive during the sales pitch and hence I immediately cancelled the booking.

                        My cancellation amount has not been refunded yet even after confirmation from your staff. Your sales team is not responding swiftly and my refund is not yet processed. I did not even accept the proposal email, as the terms and conditions were not agreeable to me since they were different from those that were told to me during the sales pitch verbal communication. I immediately cancelled the booking within minutes after receiving the formal quote .

                        Request you to immediately help me with returning my cancellation refund as I am in urgent need of funds.

                          Godrej team has charged me interest on delayed payment, but these charges were never communicated to me through any mode, moreover I got to know about these due payments only after I logged into recently launched app and this is why I feel cheated (when I have already paid 90% of overall payment). As per the clause in agreement it should have been deducted before any principal amount but the same was not followed. Also, I have asked RM to confirm the due and outstanding payments but these charges were not communicated to me at that time as well. I hope you will look into the matter and provide me with the legitimate solution.

                              I gave a token amount of Rs. 50000 on 20th Feb 2022 for a 2BHK apartment at 'Godrej Meadow 2 Malunge, Pune.

                              The money was transferred via online payment with a credit card.

                              However, I have requested for cancellation on the immediate next day.

                              As per the refund policy, the said amount should have been credited within 15 days. But I have not received the refund yet.

                              I have called the sales manager, Kirtan Thakkar, many times but no response yet. He is not answering the calls.

                              I am requesting you to refund the amount as soon as possible.

                                  The Sales representative of Godrej showed us 3 Bhk sample flat mentioning that the Hall size will be even bigger and Terrace will exactly be the same as 3 Bhk”. But, after booking when we checked the brochure, the plan that she conveyed us showing the 3 Bhk flat was no way related to the hall and terrace. It was totally small and Terrace was just the half.

                                  Incident in Detail:
                                  We were looking for a 1 Bhk flat and One of broker took us to the Godrej sales office in Rivergreens, pune.

                                  The sales representative explained us about the cost of Studio, 1 and 2 bhk and we discussed about the cost of 1 bhk in detail. She said that some offer for women’s day is going on so, the offer will be only for today.
                                  We requested her to show the sample flat. She said we have only 3 bhk sample and we can get some idea.
                                  The Sales representative( Kamiya Sharma) of Godrej showed us 3 Bhk sample flat mentioning that the Hall size will be even bigger and Terrace will exactly be the same as 3 Bhk”. ( Asked the same thing at least twice or thrice)Initially she said there will a balcony in bedroom as well. We were so happy and after sometime she said that there is no bedroom balcony(She herself was so confused). Just like most of the people, we love to have a good balcony and i even checked with her about the view facing. Everywhere she mentioned it with the size of 3 Bhk. Keeping that in mind and also with the image of big size of hall in our mind we made a booking in Godrej Skyview Rivergreens project at around 6.30-7pm on Tuesday( March 8) after sharing some pictures and videos of sample flat that was showed to us with our family members telling the same thing which is mentioned above. We paid 1 Lakh rupees to them.

                                  A Brochure was given to us after we gave the token amount. After we reached home, we checked the 1 Bhk plan in Brochure and to our shock we noticed that the terrace was just the half of what was showed and INFORMED to us and also the Hall was totally different and small.

                                  The next day morning(10-11 am) we called and informed the same about our disappointment and requested for refund.
                                  We also went to the sales office directly and spoke regarding this. The sales representative said she doesn’t have authority to refund and she said that a call can be scheduled with her head in which you can inform the miscommunication( About the plan that was conveyed wrongly to us) which was accepted by the sales representative.
                                  We were told that we would receive a call on Saturday after visiting the sales office. After continuous follow ups, we had a call with the head(Ketan Raske) on 5th day. He said he will check with the financial team and get back to us.
                                  Awaiting for their reply.
                                  We want to bring into your notice before we take any legal action and request you to take further action from your(Godrej sky view properties) end. Please do the needful.

                                  Godrej being such a reputed brand should consider all these and refund our money as soon as possible as it is definitely not a mistake from our end. We can listen and trust to only what you say.

                                    I have booked a flat at godrej vihaa badlapur for which we have paid an amount of INR 381688/ through netbanking on 27th January 2022, now due to some medical emergency i want to cancel my booking for which i have been calling the sales manager & RM multiple times but i am not getting any response from them.
                                    I request you to look into the matter and help me to get my amount back as its very big and my hard earned amount.
