Godrej has not delivered my flat after delaying it for months and have not even allocated parking to me yet though I have paid every penny they ever asked.

Their RM Akash and his boss Ujjwal never even replies to messages email or calls. Their head Naman never bothers to reply to any email either.

They are most unprofessional and been mentally harrassing buyers like us with no response, do I have to leave my job and personally go everytime to even get an update????

It is bring to your information that I wanted to buy 3BHK Godrej Golf Link apartment in greater Noida in Jan 2022 so I have submit the request on your website but Mr. Shivam (mo-[protected] & [protected]) called me on behalf of Your Channel partner BLUE CRUMBS and verbal promised to give me Rs. 1 Lakh on confirmation booking and if I will book the apartment before 15 Jan 2022 that he will provide the apartment on old price so I have took the VC through Mr. Mayank(Godrej Employee).
But property price was too expensive in Greater Noida Sector so I was confirming the price of this project from another person. I received a call from Manmeet Singh( Your Channel Partner) and I told him every thing. He arranged the another VC through Mr Sudhir(Godrej Employee).
But I was not fully satisfied for sale price of this Apartment so that My Relative Ashish Bansal directly contacted to Godrej Property, Banglore and he got the the Number of Mr. Sudhir i.e directly Contact to Godrej company ( It means no channel partner involved in this deal) . We were visiting to Godrej Golf Link, Greater Noida without any channel partner.
When I was booking the apartment through Sudhir of Godrej Golf Link. the Your Channel Partner Mr. Manmeet has told me on phone for written commitment of Rs. 70000/-on confirmation of booking. If you involved the channel partner in my Booking .Kindly deduct the amount in his brokerage charges and credited to my account. otherwise i will take the further action for false commitment by your channel partner. I already informed to Mr. Nikhil(project Head), Mr. Sudhir, Mr. Mayank of Godrej Employee but no one take the action against channel partner.

I have recently bought an asset in Pune Meadows Phase 2, and there is a serious lack of communication and customer care from the staff I am working with.

Would like to have a dedicated person who takes care of end to end questions for me

I have booked a flat in Godrej Woods project at Sector 43 Noida.

The executives at the project are not providing me the documents required for availing loan from Union Bank of India. They are particularly avoiding to show the original documents to the bank's advocate.

I am constrained to reach out to you.

I have booked an home in Godrej Vihaa in Badlapur location and given an booking amount of Rs.3Lac, due to conflict with front desk Employees on SDR we asked them to cancel booking but they are not ready rather they are charging me on additional 3lac what a nonsense!

It’s really disgusting Godrej is responding, I wrote to Mohit Malohotra on this but looks like none of them are serious retiring my 3lac, please guide/ suggest how I can get my 3lac return in fact they should return me additional amount on increase of flat value as per current market on pro database.

I will recommend people should not buy home from such renovate and prestigious builders they cheat and trap common people if such incidents arises.

I have applied in the Godrej Retreat Faridabad. I have given a token of Rs 5, 00, 000/- against Godrej Retreat, Faridabad on 13th November 2021. I was convinced by the sales person during my visit that the refund would be processed 45 days after I send a cancellation note. Also, I was assured by the sales person that allotment would be happend on 8th December 2021 but it got delayed. I have attached the mail from godrej regarding my payment EOI confirmation.

I received the mail from Godrej regarding my priority number against my token. Please find attachment.

I cancelled my token on 25th January 2022 over email and phone after our family discussion. I have attached the mail.

I was again asked to fill the cancellation form for cancellation on 22nd February 2021.

Then after multiple follow up over call and whatsapp i have received partly refund of Rs 4, 00, 000/- on 23 March 2022. Still, I haven't received my balance refund of Rs 1, 00, 000/-

I am regularly calling and whatsapp them for refund and higher authority number. They are not helping and very rude. They told me you can visit the site and do whatever you want.

I am not getting a clear message from godrej properties on the refund. Kindly assist me the process so that the refund can reach me as early as possible

Property has been blocked but not given any documentation and now initiating a refund saying the property is in Cancellation. Its been 4 month this communication has been going on and still no further documentation and approval is given.

I gave a token amount of Rs. 100000 on 04 Mar 2022 for a 1BHK apartment at 'Godrej Upavan, Kalyan/Bhiwandi

The money was transferred via online payment with my net banking.

However, I have requested for cancellation on 07 March 2022.

Its almost one month passed, I have not recieved my refund.

I have called the sales manager, Deepndra/Poonam/Reetuja, many times but during last one month I am getting answer that your amount will be refunded back. Now Reetuja not answering my calls, no satisfactory reply from any of the executive

I am requesting you to refund the amount as soon as possible.

The amount has to be paid by godrej housing finance. Why I need to pay the penal interest when I have cleared my dues. Why godrej properties is not communicating with godrej housing finance when the point is clear.if customer needs to provide all the information, not sure what kind of process is being established between godrej properties & godrej housing finance. Day by day i m getting fed up with your emails being repeated with repeatable unclear data. As a customer I'm really irritated with the godrej experience the way things has been dealt with. What is the need that i need to follow up everytime being a customer. Though I'm doing a prompt payment, the responses provided from godrej is not at all satisfactory. Hope in future this problem shouldn't be repeated.

Godrej as a brand has attracted many individual to trust on their products but the services provided is really disappointing and has affected the trust for many.
I have bought flat in Godrej Infinity Pune paying additional charges for flat rise and view, but after handover I get to see the view has been blocked by their structural plan which was never informed by the RM nor in blue prints or design. When I contacted back, it is said the team has been dissolved. The assigned person is very unprofessional who doesn’t respond or just keep saying we are checking with the team since more than couple of months nor providing any facts or proofs. Also the Godrej staff has mentioned due to such structural blockage for few flats, they have reimbursed the PLC charge to some owners which I have also confirmed with the individual. I want to raise this complain for such biased step taken by Godrej properties for some, and ignoring totally to others who are also affected.
This kind of false commitments from Godrej is unacceptable and it needs awareness to everyone who trust on its brand blindly. Proofs and references can be provided on request.

I have booked flat no. 2407 in tower 2 on 26th February 2022 with a token amount of 100000 rupees. I swiped my credit cards for payment. Unfortunately because of some personal reason, I canceled the booking the next day itself over a phone conversation & sent mail as well.

I got a reply from your sales representative that my amount will be forfeited.

Can you please look in to this.

i residant of godrej prime 604/t8, shell colony had raised complain 26/03/2022
the water is flashing from walls of bathroom and due to whcih now its tripping the switch and main electric line as well. It is very dangerous situaion in our house to live in,
kindly help with the same, our ocs manager told he has mailed the company regarding same on 26/03/2022 but till date 6/4/2022 there no response from anyone.

High maintenance but the facilities are pathetic. Swimming pool are not cleaned and now it's open just for 2 hours in the evening when the dirty water is not visible since there were complains. People are going to fall sick or face some skin disease if this is not resolved, and then the case would be much bigger.Even equipments in gym are limited and most of them aren't even working. Please look into the matter.

I made a booking with Godrej in there project Crest Villas, Golf Links, Greater Noida & paid an amount of 7.5 lakhs in 2017.

After few months my financial conditions changed drastically & I asked them to cancel my booking refund my money as I had not signed any agreement till then.

It’s been almost 5 years & after writing emails & talking to RM’s they just have one thing to say “ Your Money has been forfeited” & why are you still pursuing it after so many years as if my money has no value. Shameful attitude to say the least.
I have told them that my father is suffering from Kidney problem and I need the money that is why I am pursuing, so that I can get him treated but they are so rigid especially Mr Amber as if our money grows on trees & only Godrej is the only company who is doing right thing with everyone.

I have booked a flat in Godrej Urban park by paying the booking amount of Rs.931, 410 on[protected].

Due to personal reasons I wanted to cancel the booking and hence informed the sales executive on 23rd March 2022 with in 3 days.

After that I was asked to sent an email and hence sent an email on 28th March 2022.

I am not getting any response from Godrej properties for the cancellation and refund of the amount paid by me.

I have booked two flat in Godrej property mahalunge with cp and he promised to give cash back benefit of rs 2 lakh but after getting the booking amount they are refusing and not picking the phone.

I am the Owner of D-106, Godrej Aria, Sector 79 Gurgaon. It's a matter of Oct 2021 when I have requested Godrej Team to please do some polish on my Main Gate of the flat, as it was looking dull since the time of handover. Mr. Amit Kapoor from the project team of Godrej, never does the work on time, and when he does he provides an inexperienced person every time as per my experience so far.

Recently, he provided the polish service on my gate in Oct 2021 as you can see in the attached image. It seems it was done by a Mochi, not a polish painter ( as you can see in the images). I have requested him to please do it again and please bring a guy who is an expert in this field.

A few days back, he brought a guy who destroyed the gate by applying thinner on the gate and damaging the polish (attached 2nd image).
Now tell me from what angle Godrej is so-called one of the best brands in real estate. But in reality, Godrej is a pathetic builder as we already know and here you have proved it.
Why are we paying such huge maintenance here in cheap Godrej society?
You guys are always doing a phone call to ask for the best rating, are these your services that are capable of good ratings?

I made a payment of Rs. 50, 000/- on 20th March 2022 for booking a 1BHK flat in Godrej Skyegrees Phase 2, Pune online on your portal link. Payment was made through Credit Card with the transaction ID :[protected]. I was not shared any confirmation on the booking status on the same day though I was told that Booking allotment will be done immediately after online payment for Booking. Next day when the confirmation of payment and other formal details were shared with me, I found that parking allotment and many other terms and conditions were not what were told by the sales executive during the sales pitch and hence I immediately cancelled the booking.

My cancellation amount has not been refunded yet even after confirmation from your staff. Your sales team is not responding swiftly and my refund is not yet processed. I did not even accept the proposal email, as the terms and conditions were not agreeable to me since they were different from those that were told to me during the sales pitch verbal communication. I immediately cancelled the booking within minutes after receiving the formal quote .

Request you to immediately help me with returning my cancellation refund as I am in urgent need of funds.
