Refund refusal of Rs. 11 lakhs paid to Godrej Nest, Kandivali for flat A1604

Address:Lokhandwala Complex, Kandivali (E)

We had booked 3 bhk flat on 15th Aug 2021 in Godrej Nest, Kandivali -flat no. A 1604 and till date has paid amount of Rs. 11.09 lakhs .

However, my mom brain cancer got aggravated and we had to divert all our funds and attention towards her treatment. So, we did not had any alternative but to cancel the booking with Godrej Nest. Accordingly, we updated our situation to Godrej Nest and requested them to refund our Rs. 11.09...

Quality of construction. NRI dont invest but rather go for some renowned properties in town.

I bought an apartment in Godrej Infinity Pune back in 2017 and got possession in 2020. I went with Godrej Properties because it is a well known brand. Little did I know that it is going to be such a trouble. I am based out of India and before possession, a major leakage in ceiling was identified. When reported, team confirmed it is fixed. About frequent unwanted marketing calls

Now a days I am getti g frequent calls from Godrej properties marketing team which are unwanted and very irritating..within a day they call 3-4 times even after I asked them to remove my name from their database..they keep me calling which made me feel of harassment..now its beyond by endurance and i can handle this harassment..need some solution asap...

Poor Services and high maintenance charges

Receiving lots of telemarketing calls

I have been getting lot of [censored] unwanted calls from the marketing team of godrej properties, even after several request asking them to remove my name and number from their databases. I have been getting lot of calls which is disturbing me. every alternate day i have been getting calls even after repeated denial that i am not intrested they have been calling me. It really frustating...

Excessive Spam Calls

I have been receiving 6-10 calls each day from Godrej Properties, I have requested them several times not to call as I am not interested but the calls don't stop.
This is highly irritating, please help to stop these calls....

Refund Against cancelled booking

I booked a 2bhk along with my friend in Godrej Nuture, Mamurdi Pune but due to personal circumstances I am not able to go ahead with the deal, however my friend is continuing with the purchase. Cancellation of booking - transfer of booking amount
