My brother- Rahul Sharma who stays in USA has booked a flat with Godrej Properties at their Godrej Green Cove (T1-403) project back in December 2020. AND till now the registration has not been done after continuous follow-ups with the CRM team. Every now and then they come out with excuses to buy more time and nowadays they aren't even picking up the phone calls or responding to our emails. Our flat registration is still incomplete and that too with no communication to us.
Their CRM professionals- Gaurav Joshi (gaurav.[protected]@godrejproperties.com) and Neha Pawar (neha.[protected]@godrejproperties.com) are our relationship managers but they aren't even picking up our calls and guiding us on the exact dates and the actual problems.
We request you to help us in communicating with their higher management on this issue and closing up the flat registration process ASAP. We have already born the extra payments due to their negligence.

After my complaint, the Godrej site team was informed about it by the consumer court. After which the relationship managers called my brother - Rahul Sharma over the phone and even emailed him about the reason for the delay. They then informed us immediately (maybe after 2 days) about our registration date and we got it done thereafter. Thanks to palak from netbiz who initially emailed the Godrej higher authorities about the complaint.

Yes, please do so. I think my brother got the call and an email response from the CRM manager on this issue buying for some more time from us. The flat registration is already delayed by over 8 months now and we don't want to get it delayed any further. The Power of Attorney given by my brother (living in the USA) has a time period of only 6 months before it expires (15 more days left out) and in case it does, he will have to spend money, time, and effort to get it renewed again. So, before the Power of Attorney expires, we request the Godrej Team to help us in closing the flat registration process. A humble request to your team!

Finally, our property registration process was done yesterday, 17th Sep 2021 after your intervention. However, as we have lost trust in Godrej properties now, I'm leaving this open until we get the final registration papers in our hands.

    I visited your Kandivali Godrej Nest site and booked a flat 1101 A on 7Aug21 and i cant proceed further for many reasons, some if it is personal. I really need my hard earned token money back 5 lacs. Can you please help me ? Hoping for positive response
    I was made to sign the document as it late night without fully understanding the terms and conditions. Pls help as i am going through serious mental health issues due to this.

        The property that we have booked with Godrej Garden City - Project Green Glades Flat No GGLC2101 Tower C2 on dated 27.07.2021 in the name of Ms. Mallika Arya was cancelled because Ms. Mallika Arya is an employee in Govt Bank (Union Bank of India) and as per the cost sheet provided by you can't give the loan required by us which results that the cash to be paid for the property is beyond our capacity.

        Hence, we request you to kindly arrange to refund us the amount Rs.100001.00 as soon as possible.

            I have made 1 lakh booking amount for 3BHK apartment in Godrej Ananda project in Bangalore with a promise by Godrej agent that they will refund the amount if i dont like the model flat when i physically visit the site. I went through online demo earlier and didnt visit physically.

            After i visited, i didnt like the property as the living was super small and requested to cancel it on June 21st, 2021. It is almost 60 days now, they are tailing and no one responds to emails, or calls and i am still waiting for refund from Godrej.

            I didnt expect this behavior from Godrej given the brand trust people has on the company. I do not know how to proceed as they dont have grievance number or email or escalation contact to reachout to get my amount 1 Lakh. This is my second complaint here as the earlier complaint i raised, no one called me but marked as resolved.

              1. The agreement draft was not shared in advance, before going for Registration.

              2. The Draft was not checked at GODREJ's legal/registration Team, rather prepared casually and let basic errors to remain there....

              I am a buyer in 2 properties of Godrej Properties 1. Tranquil @Kandivli 2. Vihaa @ Badlapur
              I also referred a lcustoner lead for Vihaa and the deal was signed in very short time.

              But, after the deal was signed, I was communicated that referral benefits can not be passed on to me because some broker had already claimed the deal.

              PLESSE NOTE THAT THE SAME IS UNTRUE SINCE ALL THE EVIDENCES OF CLAIM ARE IN MY FAVOUR.

              I have written several mails to leadership, but no response / acknowledgement from a single person...

                I had booked the flat at ur site in godrej forest Grove flat no 2002 .I had paid registration fees twice and had applied for the refund amount of Rs 296723 on 24th June 2020 .
                The same was informed to your sales executive Ms. PRIYA DARSHANI. I request you to please look into the matter and refund my amount. Please refer to the attachment copy of receipt of registration fees.

                  Delay in possession and Poor quality

                  I have booked a flat in Godrej 101 in the year 2015.
                  Till date they have not indicated date of possession and at the same time selling remaining flats to new customer at a lower rate in open market .
                  The quality of construction is also very poor.
                  I have written them letter in past for an amicable discussion but they did not turn up.
                  I hope this complain will reach at their higher management and prompt them for...

                    Hi, I am an architect currently based in New York for education. My father had invested in Godrej Nature Plus Highview LLP properties for his retirement plans and had been ritually submitting payments until the pandemic hit.

                    Just like everyone, my father was asked to pause his employment which hit the home financially, and we suffered from an extreme financial crisis, the repercussions of which we are still bearing. On top of that COVID hit our home really bad, and so things weren't so good on medical front either.

                    We have been now recuperating, trying to follow up with concerned officials at all tiers (I would not like to name to respect their privacy) but they have just shut down. Their last email to us mentioned of penalty and cancellation -- which I and our legal advisor totally deem unfit considering we have not been offered the possession.

                    So logically, if such a reputed organization can get affected by the pandemic such that its mechanism delays the delivery date and hence possession of its project by a year, how are they expecting us to be okay. We have tried to reach out to them time and again, with feasible solutions, and asking for cancellation should nothing work out -- but nothing.

                    No response has been obtained from anyone from Customer care to high-leveled executive, everyone is mum. They don't respond to emails, they don't respond to calls.

                    Totally opposite from the way they'd been after our life on the point when we were starting to get interested in their project for future investment.

                    If this is not humiliation then what is. I have read several complaints in person, but I am amazed at the PR work that no negative review appears regarding their projects on established platforms. We have been in touch with several fellow buyers who've faced similar issues.

                    On behalf of my middle-class serviceman father who dreamt big, and invested with this company I request justification and further guidance for this case.

                      Have made payments on demand raised for purchase of flat at Godrej Forest Grove, Pune Flat Code GFGA21201. As we do not want to go ahead with the purchase, we requested Relationship Manager to initiate Forfeiture proceedings and REFUND us the amounts after deducting penalty amount as per the forfeiture clause in the Agreement. THIS WE HAD INFORMED THE SALES OFFICE IN PUNE 6 MONTHS AGO. INSPITE OF REPEATED PHONE CALLS WITH RELATIONSHIP MANAGER AND EXCHANGE OF EMAILS WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR THE REFUND.

                        Hi I booked my property at Godrej Icon in Sector 88A in Gurgaon on 9th of June 2021. They said to pay full amount in 45 Days with 10% payment to be done in 18 days from booking. After a week I was constantly checking with them to confirm my booking and finish the BBA so that I can apply for Loan. But their CRM team sent me a booking confirmation on 28th of June (18 Days after booking a property). I made a payment of 10% on 2nd July and asked them to quickly do the BBA as I don't have time and loan process will be delayed further. Finally, they did BBA on 7th July. Then I constantly started requesting for agreement as Banks require it. They said I can collect BBA on 19th July (25th was end date for payment). Due to very Bad weather in Gurgaon I said please hand over BBA to bank. On 23rd of July they handed the BBA to Bank. Finally Loan got sanctioned by 4th of August and full payment was made to them. But Now they are saying I also need to pay the interest amount too.

                        About 2 weeks is over and still no signs of resolution. This is a very serious issue. Never thought such big-name brands can go so down for few thousand of money.
                        My possession date is getting over and i’m still not getting replied or any kind of assistance on my mail to [protected]@godrejproperties.com. Please take a note that i will not be responsible for the delay in possession due to irresponsible behaviour by Godrej.

                        I wish i had not bought any property from Godrej. This is the worst home buying experience one can get.

                            I had invested in the Godrej Infinity Pune property when the property had launched. As an NRI investor the brand name was enough for me to place my trust on the construction. However within a year of getting the possession we had leakage issue in our parking spot and no light.
                            I had raised multiple complains with Godrej properties RM and have been following up for more than a year to fix this issue.
                            There was no cooperation from the Godrej team instead I had to go back and forth and send multiple follow up. The issue is still pending and there is still leakage and our tenant keep complaining which is embarrassing. I am so disappointed with Godrej and the unprofessionalism I have seen to fix an issue which shouldn’t be in a new property.

                                Hi. I had blocked a plot in Godrej woodland by paying a amount of 3 lakh change and later on I cancelled it and booked a flat in Godrej annanda. In spite of several reminders they are only giving assurances and it's been 3 months and I am yet to receive the refund. I am a existing customer of Godrej and also have a flat in Godrej woodsman estate. I hope the senior management intervenes and solve the issue.

                                  Hi,

                                  My name is suhailahmed k shaikh and has registered 1306 flat no at Highland Raigarh project. I cancel this booking due to no bank was giving me credit as I work in Ghana.

                                  I request for the refund and there is no action on that. So pls I need my money back.

                                    Hi, I follow up with sales executives regularly to refund the token amount but its not yet initiated. He is saying that the token amount will be debilitated next month after 15 August. This is really very unprofessional as at the time of token they mentioned that they will initiate processes the same day but its not yet initiated.

                                    I am not happy with the service. to get my amount I have to wait for 1 month. this is completely mental harassment that Gofrej executives are doing.

                                    These guys have also cheated us. We booked the flat (T1-403) through Sashi in the same project and the flat registration has not been done yet. CRM members- Neha Pawar and Gaurav Joshi are the worst people serving Godrej properties. Management should take action against them as they are spoiling the brand image of Godrej. People are losing their trust in Godrej Properties.
