Dear Sir
I have booked a flat in Godrej Rejuve, keshavnagar on pre launch day, March 26th, 2019by paying Rs.394000, 00 as token amount.

I have mailed the relationship manager regarding cancellation. It has been nearly 2 months but still not updated with the cancellation details, no phone call from their side and sadly no refund .Even after repeatedly informing about the cancellation I am still receiving emails regarding the flat. This is leaving me miserable and leading to a lot of stress to me and and my family.

Kindly assist me in this matter.

    We booked flat in Godrej Aqua Bangalore project by paying 5%.
    During the booking the sales team had commited that GST was scheduled to be reduced to 5% and accordingly the new cost sheet will be provided to us after 1st April.
    Later the second payment reminder came from . But we enquired why we should pay considering 12% GST and not 5%.
    Godrej assistant Manager Ms. Manjula, replied back she will get back to us, in mean while we should pay the rest 7%. But we asked her to clarify our query before we proceed.
    But till date no one is responding- we have roped in the sales relationship who told us about the 5% GST, the customer support but no one is replying about the way forward : customercare.[protected]@godrejproperties.com,

      vendor payment harassment by godrej properties

      I am a vendor with Godrej properties for facility services at Godrej Prana Pune. The accounts department and project head and personnel are harassing by not clearing bills for 4 months.
      The project site has a horrendous accounting procedures with no accountability. The project head Lokhande is irresponsible, accountant Anup potdar has skills of excuses and runs away when payments are to be done. Sudhakar and other executives misplace...

      Please stop following the unfair practices and be transparent on the flat booking.
      I urge you look into the issue on priority. I have raised the fraudulent booking issue to godrej crm team multiple times but till today no clarification provided. To brief the issue once again at the time of booking i was promised for spot booking discount however, the same was adjusted as input credit in my cost sheet. When i enquired after a month for gst pass back then team informed me i have already received the pass back hence their would be no further discount or pass back. Now, until the disputes are sorted out i am not going to make a payment to godrej for this flat booking. Also, the invoice structure is not standard for godrej24, team changing and designing whatever suits or benefit you.

        I have booked 2 bhk flat in godrej pune project. But due to unfortunate financial loss, i cancelled the booking as i was not able to pay the remaining installment. I requested godrej team to repay the amount i paid. I mailed several times and called them but they rejected my request and deny me the refund. I'm in serious financial problem and living a life on the grace of family and friends. I request you to kindly refund my flat money which i have paid to you.

          No clarification provided on overall cost, gst etc. I am still seeking clarification from godrej team, on gst, input tax credit but so far i had very pathetic experience with godrej properties ltd. Godrej is not following fair and transparent practices. I will be glad if your team can help to resolve the dispute.

          My flat is in godrej 24, d2 1503. As per construction report it say block work of d2 completed till 12th floor, but thy sent me demand upto 16th floor.

          No one given proper and justified resolution for my complaint of ITC passback from godrej side.

          I would request godrej to provide registered proof or any document, that thy have adjusted ITC in my deal.

              I own a flat at godrej vihaa - badlapur and have been receiving regular updates with pictures of the building.

              As we had not seen the site and building since a year, we felt that we should go check the site. We drove down exclusively from goregaon to badlapur for 2.5 hours and reached the site on may1, 2019. There were two sales professionals on the site. We told them our reason for the visit.

              To our shock we were told that the site was closed and that they would not be able to show us a sample flat as well. The one professional kept reiterating that its the protocol that they do not show the flat to anyone with out written consent which was not known to us.

              My complaint is however the processes might say thousands things, but do not godrej respect their customers urge and need to see atleast a sample flat where full payment of their own flat has been done. Do not godrej consider the pain the customer comes all the way from so far driving only with an intention to come just see the site and sample flat and they are denied. Kapil gidwani is supposedly our relationship manager and we havent received any call from him inspite of calling him several times.. What kind of service is this. We never expected godrej staff to behave so insensitive towards customers emotions and do not care about even following up later.

              The sales person kept saying that we are sales people and cannot do anything, which i understand but there could be different ways how a customer can be attended who have already spent for the flat and is not even allowed to show a sample flat.

              We are extremely disturbed and annoyed that we spent the entire day travelling back and forth with dissatisfaction entirely from godrej

              I sincerely request to look into the matter and the least what i could expect is to hear my complaint and hope to atleast receive a call from godrej

                I have written email to customercare. [protected]@godrejproperties.com for cancellation of the above property booking and requested for refund due to unavoidable circumstances. There has been no response so far.

                At this stage, it's impossible for me to borrow money or plan for further expenses towards this apartment booking which i had made.

                I understand your policy is not to return booking amount, however as you know most builders do return the money on such unavoidable conditions of their clients. This would help us maintain good relations and a future possibility to reinvest in godrej properties which my situations change.

                I fully understand this was a good offer you had made for the apartment price, however, since i lost of employment i would rather use my savings for my living than using it for this apartment funding. Getting the booking amount back will help me sustain me for the future.

                I would definitely be willing to refer other clients to godrej who approach me during my personal interactions based on our goodwill.

                  All false promises by Property Pistol and Godrej regarding the plot in Godrej Reserve. They assured that the project was getting funded by SBI & basis on this they took 10% advance amount. Until date I have not heard any status on this. No one is responding to the emails that I have sent. I have sent all my communication to Godrej Customer care but no response.

                    Respected Sir,
                    We had very pathetic and worst experience with Sales and marketing head of Godrej Central Park Project Mamurdi, Pune.As told by Mr. Yogesh Bhandari we paid application amount 50000/-at the end of February and get priority member no-257 but didn't receive any priority treatment instead we suffered with series of problems and feeling cheated and for almost more than month going through mental harrassement and high negligence!!
                    During our site visit we cleared our desired unit is B7-2103 and we were assured about it's availability on launching day (16th March 2019) after passing out half of the day they informed us that B7-tower is not open for booking above 10th floor which was first shock to us .When we asked clarification of it why didn't they inform us at least one day before launching day the reason for this was it's their higher managements last moment decision and even they were not aware about it till today which was hard to believe!! So my very question is according to RERA only when registration is completed and other approvals (construction related) are in place, can the project be marketed. So it's a violation of RERA by Godrej! Next we asked for B6-2103 then they told that tower is completely sold out and under high sale pressure they imposed booking of B4-2103 on us immediately by mail we cleared that for time being we are accepting it and need written clarification about false information regarding B7-2103 after that Mr. Yogesh Bhandari didn't face us it was told that he was hospitalized due to unwell health! Then Mr. Mayur and Mr. Manish kodali Marketing manager came in picture he failed to give any written clarification to our querries but promised us to help us out by informing about any availability will create in B6 Tower so he will exchange our B4-2103 unit with that but as per him nothing fall out in place. After repeated convincing by Mr. Mayur we made our minds to accept B4-2103 to avoid further mental harrassement. Mr. Manish himself offered us discount for same unit and sent revised rate sheet(by mail id of Yogesh Bhandari) by mail on 30th March and told us to pay 5% booking amount and confirm it and Mr. Mayur repeatedly assured us now this unit will be surely block for us without further issues on same day evening they sent their person to pick our singed documents and cheque of 5%booking amount to complete booking formalities.
                    When that person collected everything we got call from Mr. Yogesh Bhandari(who was not in picture during all this 15-20 days) that it is not possible to block this unit for us as they already blocked it for another NRI customer which was really frustrating and annoying! We refused for any future compromise then again he called and told that NRI client is ready to shuffle and this unit will be surely yours in revised rate promised by them by mail) again Mr. Mayur assured us that now we never need to face any other problems! Finally we sighed with relief!! But it was for very short period !on 4th April again Mr. Mayur called and told that it is really very embarrassing to tell you that B4-2103 unit is not blocked for us by Godrej it's blocked for NRI client and they even don't know how it happened!! We were really in doubt that is this Godrej company or big torturing joke is going on with us??
                    In between we were constantly sent them mails regarding ongoing issues and asked how can they violating consumers Rights repeatedly and behaving unethically!!! As expected Me. Manish kodali refused to take any responsibility of it and told that only Mr. Yogesh Bhandari will handle it!! Again forgetting about violation of our right to choose we decided to give it last chance to finish it and asked Mr. Yogesh Bhandari what options left with them though we never being at fault we are ready for mutual understanding to get the solution very surprisingly Mr. Yogesh gave us very few options from which almost all were south facing units which were useless for us due to our faith in Vastushastra apart from that he very easily told us that now it's not possible to give us any available unit in revised rate promised by them as though all remaining units are 2bhk garden facing units but they offered discount for B4-2103 because it's location was not that good it was endless cheating with us!! Means each and every time Godrej was thinking only about their gain they don't have any concerns about their loyal customers those who are interested to invest their hard earned money only because of brand name Godrej and having faith that they will definitely receive quality and fair treatment so it's worth to go with Godrej!!
                    Though we send our written complaint to both the offices of Pune and Mumbai along with our consumer complaint no 1241875 and sent them repeated reminder about we are going to take very serious legal action against it by consumer court but didn't get any satisfied solution from Yogesh Bhandari other than sorry for inconvenience mail which is more irritating that how can simple soory will compensate our more than month mental harrassement, violation of our rights, violation of RERA, deficiency in service and accepting refund is very easy escape to all this unprofessional and unethical practice!
                    Mean while noone provide us details of higher management to forward our issues up to them and expect some justice! So hopefully the higher department must take it as our final reminder and try to compensate us to save consumers Rights and take responsibility o[censored]nethical practice by their team in Pune!!
                    Otherwise along with very strong proofs of mail, recorded as well as what's App conversation we are already on the way to seek justice legally through consumer court!!

                      I have booked flat (Godrej prakriti kolkata – tower yamunetri - 1301) on 19th november' by paying rs. 458, 905/- as a token amount.
                      Due to some personal reasons on 18th january’2019 i contacted godrej customer care to cancel my booking as well as sent a mail, now they are reverting there is no refund policy from godrej and entire amount will be forfeited and considered as a cancellation charge. There are several mail communications done but all are in vain.
                      Requesting to assist to get the refund of the booking amount or suggest if i need to go for further legal procedures. The money is high for us as we are from a middle class family.

                        illegal tree cutting

                        Godrej properties is constructing apartments just back of ashok vihar, gali no 1, phase 1, railway road in gurugram. They have cut multiple trees more than 10 and still cutting more. The trees were 40 years old tress approximately. There is no reason of cutting trees. Take some action by today else will have to do something else. Trees should not be cut. I am not able to add photos which is more than 2mb size. Do something. Save environment....

                        Please allow this letter of mine to serve as a complaint against daljeet arora from godrej and vivek upadhyay from investor clinic gurgaon. I am continuously contacting both for my queries by phone and through message nor they taking call and had not replied by message. From last one month i have been struggling hard to get the details of top heads to put my plea in front of them but nobody is providing details of that. I have met customer care executive mr. Arnab from godrej and to investor clinic also but are hardly bothered to give me the details. I took my plea forward to mr arnab also but he ended up accusing me only for the same, seems i have made a biggest mistake by by dealing with investor clinic and godrej properties. I have to run behind daljeet & vivek literally for long to get the clarifications but both are hardly bothered to call meet or respond back.

                        Since the day i have booked it. All the facts were falsely represented. And i am facing lot of problems on day to day basis. Will take you through step by step.
                        My complaints includes following.
                        Since the day i have booked, it is giving me problems only,

                        1. Your executives said delivery is in 4 years but there is a catch and contract says 4 years and 12 months grace period.
                        2. Edc/idc was included in the cost intially before booking and during discussions, but later on it was extra also gst was included intially and later on it was extra.
                        3. Payment was deposited on 23rd of dec, but later on got confirmation of 11th or 12th feb, for almost two months money was lying idle with godrej, giving a hit on ineterst part as well.
                        4 nothing in godrej properties is planned, one fine day gets a call from vivek and daljeet for deposit of funds. And then after some day for documentation. Seems like i am dealing with an unprofessional company where things suddenly pops up. Investor clinic i am sure would be but godrej also work on sqme lines cannot even imagine. Its quite disappointing nothing goes as per plan.
                        5. No uniformity in prices, sometimes it is 75 lac. And then suddenly discount comes (No written communication seems just to lure customers) and beauty is u dont get it even. End of the day coat remains same. So basically to befool customer this is planned.
                        6. Price quoted was 73 lac post deposit of 5 lac but on coat sheet it is 74.50 approx. And on confirming few stories given by vivek and daljeet is so busy to talk on this.
                        7. Car park was initially a covered car park but on contract its an open car park.
                        8. Priority number is actually a joke in your system. Every now and then rules changes or may be used to befool customer..
                        And now from last one month i am continuosly asking details of top management but no one is bothered, seems no one is bothered for customer, i have no clue where to go and how should i take it fur0ther.
                        I don’t understand what kind of blunders are going on in your company which is of international standards, hard to believe but still it doesn’t matches up with a small enterprise. Seems customer is your last priority, just wanted the defective product to be sold. Sir you need a lot of change in your company.
                        I hereby request you to kindly help me with the procedure of foreclosure and refund my money with interest as i am literally fed with the poor and pathetic services, fake commitments. Your company has no respect for the customer. I have had enough despite paying regular amount and have been accused by your team, i don’t need this flat any more and want to surrender.

                        I believe its my right to be heard and my issues to be resolved, else i would be forced to take it to next level which is public grievance cell (Pmo office)/consumer forum and also on social media. Expecting a reply in 24 hours.

                            Apologizes in advance as this is going to be a long email written by a very frustrated client. I am not sure if this is the right forum to escalate my issue because i am not aware of your internal processes.
                            I have purchased a flat in project godrej infinity gitt3a0703

                            Exactly 1 month ago i had requested noc and tri-party agreement from godrej as i am planning to sell the under constructed flat in godrej infinity. I have till date not received it. I have made several attempts from my side to expedite the request, i have followed up via email as below, made several phone calls to both my rm and the service center. My wife has visited your site office numerous times in order to help push this matter forward. All our attempts have been in vein. This kind of delay is not expected from such a reputed and renowned company. Everywhere i look in your offices you mention a customer centric approach
                            Yet on ground level i have not received same support experience from your side.
                            I wish to bring to you why i am pressing to get this noc from your side. I am paying emi's on the property in tune of 35000 per month. The buyer was ready to complete the tri-party agreement using his personal lawyer about a month ago. Each day that i spend waiting for your support is an extra 1000 rs i spend on bank interest. Also there is a potential for loss of our buyer, if they decide that the process is taking too long and back out of the deal who would be held responsible?
                            Any lawyer that i consulted told me that they could setup a tri-party agreement within a week and execute it in another, so roughly 2 weeks for the deal to close. Also they charge anywhere between[protected], please explain to me why godrej is taking 80000 from me for the same process and taking at least twice the amount of time to complete the process.
                            I have read about all the customer satisfaction awards that you have received, but in practice is there anyone who is able to get involved in my issue and get it to a closure?
                            This kind of a experience would have been fine if it was a local level builder, with little or no experience, but not from such a big company with enormous resource at it's disposal.

                            My patience has run out at this stage, i am not even sure if this email would have any effect on the speed of completion, all previous attempts have failed so why would i expect any different from this one?

                            To conclude, i am still waiting from your side to complete the tri-party agreement and get noc for my flat as i would like to sell as soon as possible.

                            I am marking this compliant as resolved. This is only due to the fantastic support provided by Balvindar Kaur who was assigned this case. She was prompt, efficient and proactive in the matter. Any doubts I had were addressed in a timely manner to my satisfaction.
                            Having said that... I hope you look at this incident and make some changes in the regional offices that are solely responsible for handling customers. I had followed the escalation matrix, I first contact my RM, who was not helpful and provided vague responses. RM was not proactive, did not keep commitments and often was rude in his approach. I then went to the regional office for assistance, I went to the site office, My wife had a daily stop at the site office to push this matter, I gave a bad feedback on the survey, even emailed customercare.gpl email. After all this no one took notice and assist us in our query. It was only after posting on this site that things moved.

                              cancellation of booking and refund

                              I have booked flat in godrej central park, march 17th, 2018 by paying rs. 1, 77, 786/- as token amount. As of now there is no agreement or sale deed has been made between me and builder. I have not even given a receipt.

                              Due to personal reasons, when i contacted godrej to cancel my booking, they are saying, there is no refund policy from godrej and entire amount (1.77lac) will be forfeited and considered as a cancellation charges....

                                  I had visited godrej Central park property with my husband on 9th March 2019 and there one of your agent insisted to give us EOI amount of 50000 which is totally refundable within 30 daysif we don't want to book it in future and your agent further said that he will give the email id and contact no to us but unfortunately they shared no details.But I talked to one of your agent he is telling that it will be refunded in 45 days. I want to ask why this much time is needed and why people at godrej dont give proper information.
                                  So we swiped our debit card and gave him the EOI amount of 50000/-.Now we don't want to book the flat and want the EOI amount back..
                                  Kindly refund it back as soon as you can.
