Sir,
With reference to your letter no. Gpl/reminder letter/ gpt17vc021 dated 12-5-17, regarding the issue of outstanding dues of rs. 18169/- against late fine towards payment of rs. 278839/-, i would like to bring your kind notice that the issue has already been solved since one year back (As per mail correspondence and verbal discussion with mr. Abhikendra saha).
But you again raised the same issue after one year, which i consider is most unethical against your valued customer.
However, i would like to submit again all document/proof against my claim as follows:
1) plz find enclosed the bank statement o[censored]ndersigned where it is clearly written " rs. 278839/- to debit through cheque sbi marginal money... Vide cheque no. Number: 849708 dated[protected]. (The same day when sbi released the bank loan of rs. 141161/- to godrej high rises vide bank draft 960002 dated[protected]Proof no.1). However, the sbi didn't credit the said amount of rs. 278839/- in your account.
The matter i came to know through your reminder letter no. Hhl/reminder letter/gpt17 v0201 dated 2-8-16..

2. Then i again contacted mrs. Bijaya roy, sbi, customer relation officer, racpc, kolkata (Whom you (Mr. Debashis bhowmick) introduced to me during early stage of negotiation period). She confessed/realised that this is the fault of bank and asked me to give another payment release note to sbi on 6-8-2016. The same i informed to avikendra saha through mail on 6-8-2016.
3. Again the racpc, sbi, kolkata, released payment of rs. 278839/- on 9-8-2016 vide draft no. 960913 dated 9-8-2016 and send it to godrej vide speed post consignment number[protected]in and the same has been received by you on[protected]Copy attached) (Proof -2)
3. Even after getting this demand draft on[protected], you send me another reminder letter no. Hhl/ reminder letter/ gpt17vc021 dated 9-9-2016, where you claimed rs. 16106/- (As penal interest) against my non payment dues of rs. 278839/-. The same i informed to mr. Abhikendra saha through mail and in return mail he acknowledged the received of payment. He told me over phone that the issue has been closed (Proof -3).
4. I receive the copy of receipt no. [protected] of rs. 278839/- dated 9-8-2016 from your end also. (Proof-4).
5. Now you again dig the old issue after a year and again send a reminder letter no. Gpl/reminder letter/ gpt17vc021 dated 12-5-17and claimed rs. 18169/-.

I really frustrated with your consequent reminder letter and request you plz don't harsh me and stop to send reminder letter. You plz stop to do this type of business as you are india's one of the best company

Dear i am staying in godrej frontier about 2 year but there is very poor services by godrej against a so high maintenance services, poor security system, poor response of services like plumber, carpanter, intercom pending for long long time there in no response
With reference to my earlier letter till date I yet to received any concluding letter from godrej team. Till date the matter is hanging. I consider this is most unfortunate.

    I purchased an apt n Garden City carmel d in 2014 in the 25/75 scheme. The flat was supposed to be available in June 16. This did not happen. The flat was available in nov for possession.

    I explained to the Godrej that I live in USA and I am unable to come and see the the flat. And since the recent complaints by owners of the society online I was hesitant to pay for the flat without looking at it. I explained to the Godrej that my wife is pregnant and will deliver in feb and only then will I be able to come by see the apt and make the payment.

    They refused this request. Their delay was acceptable. but my delay because my wife being pregnant (flat under her name) and my right to see the end product and then make payment is unacceptable.

    They started charging us interest. I was then forced to have my parents go from Dubai to see the apartment. the representative said to just make the payment so at least you will not accrue further interest.

    my parents spoke to other tenants, they found out the there was also a delay in some meter certificate. so actually the flat would not have been ready at time of possession and their interest was completely forgiven after persistent visits to the office.

    So just because I can only correspond via email and do not have the opportunity to be 'persistent' at a local office I HAVE to pay the interest.
    No consideration on delay on behalf of Godrej. but when i am bit late no hesitation on charging interest and no consideration that my wife is pregnant and could not travel to India.

    It was further unacceptable to discover that other tenants interest was exempt. But just because I am a NRI I have to pay?

    I bought this property because of the Godrej name. We also own two properties in Adani Shantigram and did not have a single issue. When there was a delay all was managed appropriately. and they were ok to wait for payment until we saw the flat because they understood we live outside of India.

      I have booked a flat in Godrej Greens(Flat # B4B 302) by paying 100000.00 as booking amount.
      I made a major mistake by not checking the bank approvals for this projects
      The project is not approved from Banks like SBI, LIC etc.

      Moreover, I have emailed at godrej.[protected]@godrejproperties.com to provide me the list of banks approved the Godrej Greens Project for 10:70:10:10 plan. However, didn't received any response from them.

      I called to their Toll free numbers[protected] and[protected] for various queries regarding loan approval from various banks in 10:70:10:10 scheme but they move the ball from one court to another.
      The live chat girl too hung me up for more then 20 minutes when I asked for a simple query and still not able to resolve it.

      FINALLY I CANCELLED MY BOOKING by emailing at godrej.[protected]@godrejproperties.com today due to inability to pay rest of any amount.(in absence of loans from banks like SBI / LIC etc) as I trust only Govt. banks

      I am surprised that these people dont even have a proper acknowledgement / ticket number in place that they have received our email. Even laundry services in Pune has a proper ticketing system on customer queries.

      - The toll free numbers executives are clueless on banks approval for this project (One can even google this out regarding project approvals)
      - The Live chat is pathetic
      - There are so many different teams(Sales/Post Sales/CRM/Cancellation etc etc) but if you query them on something they pass the ball from one court to another.

      This is very frustrating. Even at cancellation they do not acknowledge it.
      Shameful.
      I am also attaching a screenshot based on which you can see that how good their customer service is.

      Atleast acknowledge the cancellation.

        Do not buy godrej properties

        I bought an apartment at godrej pinecrest (Tower c, 5th floor) in garden city in ahmedabad in 2014 with a promised delivery date of 28 feb 2015. However, this is more than 2 years delayed. I made the mistake of asking my parents to buy in the same complex and now really regretting the decision.

        Future buyers
        - please beware that godrej will not honor any of the terms in the agreement to sell. The term that says that the buyer will have the option to return the property in case godrej does not deliver. And you will get your money back with 12% interest.
        - after 3 years, we find that godrej has unsold inventory and they are offering huge commissions to agents, so you will not be able to sell your apartments.in addition, we paid service tax during the construction and they are taking that off since the property seems to be ready f
        - they will not give you any compensation for delay so please disregard any consolation you have
        - this property is deliberately delayed by godrej as they continued to deliver other apartments in godrej garden city (My parents bought in tivoli that was handed in july 2016)
        - godrej's is cheating you by saying that there will be a hospital in the garden city - this plan is not likely to happen...

        So, do not buy godrej. They will breach your trust for sure and make sure that they get their money first then let any of you get any return... Or feel good about your new home!

        This has been resolved to our satisfaction. Thanks a lot to Godrej team led by Prachet! Few builders are so responsive and thoughtful. The pinecrest product is quite good and the club house is awesome!

        We are keeping this apartment despite some concerns before...

          Despite several follow up over last 8 months, my booking amount has still not been refunded post cancellation of flat booking for Ecity.
          I would have spoken to customer service more than a 100 times past few months only thing I get is assurance and then broken promise of refund. They seem to be having problem getting a refund from JV partner but this is ridiculous that consumers will have to bear the brunt of this non-working JV and suffer.

            I have booked the flat N 007 Electronic City bangalore on Novermber 2015 by paying the advance amount that 8 lakhs, due to the unavoidable reason I have initiated the cancellation request on September 2016, They denoted they will charge 123945.92 Approximately and the rest of the amount will be given as cheque within 2 months. But till now no luck, I have been calling/mailing for 7 months some times they will pick the call and say it will be processed in 10 days but still i did not get money.

            Today also called them they are saying give some more time to refund, i dont know why they do take 7 months to release my money.

            I have contacted the customer support too ( service request no :[protected] but they are keep telling that amount blocked by Joint venture party ( universal builder ), i gave the money to godrej not to JVP.

            Please assist to get it resolved.

              Please refund my booking amount back.
              Had paid the amount but cause of done reasons want the refund back.Booked flat on Godrej greens Pune.I have been abruptly told that I won't get my money back.how is this possible?
              I have never seen this kind of company who want to.build their own business on the basis of others hard earned money.I was in a misconception that Godrej is a brand name.Godrej Is a company who never considers anyone needs.
              is this what u call customer service?

              If I'm not able to get money then I would take legal help.but would get this sorted.out else this might be the case with every second person.

                Good day Sir,
                We(my friend and myself) booked the flat No GITT1A0604 and GITT1A0704, at Godrej Infinity Pune, in August 2016 through one of the Godrej employee Mr Vaibhav Bhasin from Singapore.
                But after booking we came to know there are some litigation on the land where the project is getting built and construction work can be stopped anytime and it may impact the possession.

                Due to this issue, we realized that our hard earned money is on stake so we planned to cancel the booking and asked them for the full refund of the booking amount which is around 3.6 lakh for each o[censored]s.
                When we requested for the refund of my money, they told that as per their company policy they will not refund any amount to us which is really very frustrating and totally unconstitutional.
                I think we need to take some legal action against them.

                Please be careful when u book in any of the Godrej properties, as they are the same as other builder.
                Being NRI we booked godrej because of the brand name.
                please if any one help me solve our problem and help to get our money back?

                  I have booked a 3BHK [J1-102] in Godrej Eternity Bangalore during May 2016. Initially I had a feeling that dealing with reputed company like Godrej would give positive assurance and less hassle but unfortunately it has proved wrong and found no difference in business culture between Godrej and any other small company.

                  They are more keen and prompt in sending reminders for payment but no response to customers clarification instead sending few robotic mails stating; will look into it.

                  I have received my agreement in November but yet to sign because of few pending clarifications. Several reminders are sent but still no action.

                  My few concerns are:

                  Sale Agreement
                  As per agreement, Super built up area 180 Sq. Mtr [1, 938 Sq. Ft] and carpet area 130 Sq. Mtr [1, 397 Sq. FT] but according to floor plan calculation, carpet area is 123.77 Sq. Mtr [1, 333.816 Sq. Ft].

                  Clause 1.1: says no variation acceptable to UDS. Thus contradicting clause 6.12
                  Clause 6.12: Acceptable variation in UDS is 10% then what is my approximate UDS? How this will be computed?
                  Please confirm car parking will be in basement of tower J1 not in any other place or in open space

                  Construction Agreement
                  Clause 14: construction variation 5% is too high, requesting you to reconsider reasonable variation
                  Clause 21: other than force majeure or Act of God, remaining restrictions/limitations should be removed. Secondly, damages/losses should be absorbed by both parties. Why only first party will indemnify completely?
                  Clause 35: please define/elaborate F.A.R/T.D.R
                  Clause 37: is a grey area pertaining to UDS and contradicting other relevant clauses

                  Addendum ATS
                  Point 1 (ATS): in my sale agreement after clause 1.4 there is clause 1.6. Clause 1.4 is containing contents of clause 1.5. If I read 1.4 as 1.5 then clause 1.4 is missing

                  Addendum ATC
                  Point 1: should read clause 3 instead 4 as mentioned in my agreement
                  Point 2: should read clause 23 instead 24 as per my agreement

                  Additional VAT : They are asking for additional VAT INR 141, 775.00/- which I have been requesting to send invoice for payment but they are saying there is no need of invoice and simply pay. Which is not possible unless and until I get invoice for the same.

                    Cheated by Godrej properties
                    We are an aggrieved set of customers who have been cheated by Godrej Properties. Just to give you a background

                    - Godrej Properties came out with a huge marketing campaign promising a gated community consisting of 3 towers at Mangalore. Name of the Project: Godrej Alpine. Launch was in 2013 with committed date of delivery in 2015. I along with many other customers booked a 3 bhk apartment in Tower 1 of the project.
                    - Godrej was apparently developing this project on joint basis, with a separate land owner
                    - As we are stepping in to 2017, we are yet to get possession of our apartment. In the meanwhile, Godrej went ahead and cancelled development of tower 2 and refunded the money back to tower 2 customers with interest. They had decided well in advance to scrap the original planned project & while doing that they kept us all (tower 1 customers) in dark. They have completed the construction of Tower 1, however the amenities are missing. We all paid a significant premium for a gated community with all amenities including a swimming pool, squash court, jogging track etc. However with only 1 tower being ready, they apparently dont have space to provide us all the amenities
                    - In Sept'2016, Godrej finally agreed to meet us customers to inform us status of the project. In this meeting, they informed us that the Land owner had certain issues with the Income tax department & hence there is delay in possession. We customers were not happy with this, since all they were promising was only the flat with most amenities curtailed & project changed to the committed plans at the time of booking. Certain amenities like Squash court are being ruled out by them
                    - As of today, even the possession of just our flat has not been done. We all have paid 95% of total dues to Godrej, without any avail. Now Godrej has called us for another meeting on 14th Jan'2017 where they apparently want to share some ''solutions'. We have escalated the issue right up to the MD of Godrej Properties and also to the board of directors. However we havent yet got any clear response on what is the final outcome.
                    - As a group of customers, we have asked Godrej properties to either stick to the original plan (gated community with all amenities) or refund us our money (including of Service tax, VAT etc) with 18% interest. Unfortunately Godrej is not committing anything & is just keeping us on the boil. They keep changing their stance & have blamed the land owner, heavy rains etc. Godrej properties dishonest & do not deliver the project as committed at the time of booking. BEWARE!!!

                    I believe godrej is all out to cheat people. Its not just you guys, if you check reviews in other websites people are literally bleeding because of false promises from godrej. Here in ahmedabad also the situation is similar ... we have been waiting for the past two years for possession... commercial space on the ground floor which was never mentioned anywhere up untill we found out ourselves during a recent visit... ours are supposed to be premium towers by the way... n we have lesser privacy, security and space as they are cordoning off a major portion of the open dpace on the groundfloor to commercial ... as compared to any other cluster, quality of anything from construction to fillings and flooring is pathetic ... they showed us a sample flat while the tower was under construction ... but there is vast difference between the actual and sample flat...
                    they make intentional errors in sales deeds so that they can keep charging the direction or view premium from other customers... i[censored] by chance do not go through each and every alphabet in the sales deed u are bound to end up getting the wrong flat. ... n i[censored] find out they will make all kinds of excuses from the display model being incorrect to the brochures showing wrong direction...this was my iwn experience... i finally got things corrected but it took about six months and a considerable amount if leg work from our end... all in all ... hoping that at some point if time the government realizes the height if dishonesty on their part and takes somes really harsh and strict action against them.

                    If the team instead of having a cheating approach could rather be transparent and supportive, they could have done better business. I faced similar issue at Godrej site in Hinjewadi Pune. Struggling to get resolve. False commitment from the seller who I was believe from Ahmedabad. With all false commitment, he target was to get the flat book and get the booking amount.
                    Same shameless approach from Godrej Properties irresponsible customer care.

                    I have booked 1 BHK flat in Godrej Nirvaan Tower 3(Flat Code-GNNT030202) pre-launch on 11th JAN 2020 by pay 1, 84, 209. But after book flat due to some financial problem I realize that I can't arrange money for flat so gone to godrej for cancel my flat booking. They had told me that you will not receive your booking amount because its not refundable. I asked for non refundable rule so they show me agreement form which was written in financial word and its not understandable for us. When I was doing booking at that time no one has told me about cancellation policy. I seen agreement was not real its like book that godrej has printed. How they can define rule by this way? I know this type of defined rule is not valid. i want to take legal actions.

                    I have done many follow-ups with onsite team Palka Madam and Mr.Akshay(Channel Partner-Homebazar), they told me that your amount can't be refund.

                    Really this is too much How can Godrej take my money? I have many financial problem and they are not refunding my money. Why brand is behaving like cheater?

                    I will not suggest to anyone to go with Godrej property. When you deal than you can realize and that you have no time for back.

                    Can you please know what I can do? I need my money back. I am ready to take legal actions against Godrej I will fight for all people those are cheated like me.

                      Sir, I had booked a 2bhk flat in godrej eternity project on kanakapura road by paying 2 lacs, later I paid additional 3.5 lac so that down payment came up to 10% of total cost and sale agreement could be signed as per instructions from godrej crm team.

                      When I received the agreement I found lot of clauses where against my interest and basic reason of going for good reputed builder like godrej was lost. There has been no response from godrej to my concern, however they are saying I will lose 20% of cost if I back out now.

                      My concerns are,

                      1. though the whole project has been marketed and advertised as G+3, in the Sale and Construction agreement, Godrej has not mentioned it will be G+3 buildings, instead there is a mention that Godrej has reserved the rights to apply for approved plan modification and has rights to build additional floors. I was attracted to this Project due to it's low raise building which means better quality of living, however sale and construction agreement is not giving me this confidence and seems to be other way around

                      2. Though approximate UDLS value is mentioned in the sale agreement, there is no commitment from Godrej to purchaser on the same, from the agreement it looks like Godrej has the rights to reduce the UDLS value at any time. High UDLS of 65% which was advertise by your marketing team was another point which I liked for this project however reading agreement i am not getting this confidence

                      3. It is not clear whether entire 18acre of Project land which includes all the towers and facilities like club houses ownership will be handed over to owners association after that project is completed. there are clauses which mentions godrej has rights to enter the premise perpetually and also only Godrej has the rights to undertake development in future. If Godrej continues to hold the land on which facilities area are built, owner's value of apartment will reduce, also in future, say 20 - 30 years afterwards owners and association will not have rights to approach any other builders for

                      4. There is no commitment from Godrej on providing occupancy and completion certificate from all the govt bodies after the project is completed, this would be a big trouble for purchasers as without the same, it will become trouble for home loans, khata transfer, basic safety of living there with family. Otherway around there are lot of fines out on owners if there is delay in paying installments.

                      5. There is no surety for the quality of construction and warranty is only 1 yr. Most of construction problem like water leakage comes are a year o[censored]sage.

                        I am dissatisfied with the commitments of Godrej Group. The Group promised to deliver the flat by Dec 14 and unable to deliver the flat today and directing us to delver by end of Dec 17. I have paid 85% of Flat Cost.

                        I am paying monthly rent of Rs 30, 000 / per month for last 24 month and EMI of Rs 37000 per month . Mere writing email and communication of your decision is wrong in term of Contract Act.All your letter /communication are null and void. I have never given my consent for extension of agreement. I abide with my orginal agreement to sale.

                          Even after more than 2 years from raising demands for 95% of the consideration amount, the project has not yet been completed.

                          The project was due to be completed in February 2015 as per the Agreement to Sell. However it is not completed yet.

                          The Company had raised demand of 85% of the consideration amount by October 2013. Even after demanding for 85% of the total amount before 3 years from now company has failed to give possession as on date. All the earlier demands were unfairly raised with the fraudulent / malicious intention of extracting maximum money from the buyers without any sense of responsibility from the builder side.

                          In fact the company had demanded all except the last instalment of 5% by May, 2014. Such unreasonable and unfair demands were raised by the company against all ethics, codes and fair practices. Such acts have been severally reprimanded in several court cases and rulings. These are in violation of provisions of Gujarat Ownership of Flats Act, 1973. Such long delay in completion of project has been severely treated in recent court orders and FIR has been filed and even the builders have been taken into custody.

                          The company must unconditionally refund all the money to the buyers along with interest @18% PA i.e. the rate it charges on delay in payment by the buyers.

                            Booked a flat in Ahmedabad GGC Pinecrest 1203- Booked flat in Dec 2011, allotment letter signed on 15/4/2012. sale of agreement on 5/11/2012.
                            I am extremely disappointed and concern that the flat has yet not been over.
                            The original date of Completion was June 2015 and it is now Nov2016. This is a delay of 17 months. I have made payment of 85% of the price and to date not heard anything about compensation or interest payment for the delayed period.
                            This is extremely poor management and no ownership to complete in time. Godrej on one hand are getting more projects in different cities but are unable to complete the ones they have in the market.

                            I would definitely not recommend anyone to go for a property with Godrej if this is how you look after your customers. I wish have a prompt response on this

                              We have booked one flat with Godrej Properties at Godrej Anandam Nagpur,
                              As per agreement hand over was scheduled in March 2015.
                              After paying total Flat cost (approx 1.2 Cr) to Godrej Properties as per their schedule, invited us for inspection in the month of Oct 2015.
                              There were serious finishing defects which were shown and photos were mailed to the concern authorities of Godrej Anandam.
                              They agreed for replacement of Italian Marble and rectification of other defects but till now no clear information of status of our Flat.
                              We have written mails to concern authorities of Godrej Properties including Managing Director but till date no clear date has been given for the inspection and hand over.
                              This is very painful as we are paying a Bank EMI as well as house rent and helplessly waiting for possession of our Flat.

                                The whole godrej team is making a fool of customers. I have been promised my refund day after day, week after week, but even after 7 months my refund is not received.
                                Complete cheating and fraud by Godrej team.
                                Representatives like Ms Divya and Ms Kamala have repeatedly promised my money, and repeatedly broken the promise.
                                Looks like whole organization is looking at cheating. Can I get my refund or not godrej team.

                                    Following is a painful incident what i experienced during my home registration process by my builder godrej. I landed up by paying extra amount of rs 15, 240 just due to carelessness attitude for my builder and now they are just denying to compensate whatever money i have lost during the process.

                                    During my registration time, godrej representative (Kamala) picked up all the required dds from me and dumped to sub registrar without checking whether the correct dds were taken or not. And when i asked repeatedly if any activities are pending or not kamala told that everything is done and i will be getting registered documents on coming monday. Fortunately or unfortunately, documents i got after one month and after getting the documents it was identified that the title deed/mod registration which is vital to submit to my borrowing bank sbi, was not done although required dds were taken by kamala to complete that activity. It was a great surprise to me hence, she took all the dds for the completion of total activities.

                                    Immediately i informed this matter to godrej office in bangalore, they mentioned that they don’t do the title deed/mod registration. My question was that if they don’t bother about title deed registration then why kamala picked up those dds/banker’s cheq which were for mod/title deed registration.??

                                    Initially ‘kamala’ tried to deny that she had picked up the dds for mod/title deed registration and later, she changed her statement telling that probably she had taken but could not remember and she agreed to give me the indemnity bond so that those dds could be cancelled and i can retrieve the money for those dds. By this time i got the information from sbi that those dds were already realized to sub registrar on 21st june ‘16. So, indemnity bond doesn’t serve any purpose here. I was ready with all my necessary documents along with required dds/ banker’s cheq which were issued from sbi to complete registration activities. But due to carelessness \mismanagement from godrej representative i landed up by paying of extra amount of rs 5080+ rs 10, 160 = rs.15, 240.
                                    Mod/title deed registration is mandatory for those who has taken home loan from sbi. I don’t know how come godrej is unaware about it, and as a result i paid extra amount of rs 15, 240 to get fresh dd/banker’s cheq and completed mod registration to submit required document to sbi.
                                    Earlier kamala from godrej denied that she has taken the dds from me and later on told me that she can’t remember exactly which are the dds she has taken from me. After that kamala told that she has handed over all the dds which were taken from me to someone from universal builder (Probably mr dinesh) so, i ask mr dinesh to get return those dds and he replied that the dds which has were given by kamala during registration time were deposited to subregistrar. It is very clear that once money goes to govt. It is almost impossible to get return back.
                                    My open question to godrej is that : “why customer will loose their hard earned money due to nelignecies/ignorance of godrej people???”

                                    I asked kamala that i want immediate refund of the money which i lost due to their carelessness or mismanagement which happened during my registration process. Now she started covering her faults during the registration process and starts ‘passing bucks ‘to me for all her mistakes

                                    There are lots of arguments/logics are going on via email with kamala and me. Kamala is raising mainly following two points.

                                    1. Kamala is saying that mod documents were not available with me during the registration time.
                                    I am just quoting the statements what she mentioned

                                    ……..“since the mod was not submitted along with the dds you submitted for registration charges”…..

                                    This is absolutely incorrect statement simply an attempt for ‘passing bucks’ on my side. I was ready with mod documents which was given by sbi along with required dds/banker’s cheq. Because, mod is mandatory from sbi and so, when they issues the dds for registration they also gives the necessary documents for mod/title deed registration. During registration day all these documents were shown to kamala but she only picked up all the dds. So, although mod documents was ready with me that was not been utilized bacause i was simply misguided by kamala. If godrej is not bother about mod registration then why kamala took those dds which were kept for mod registration??. This incidence proofs how casual and unprofessional way godrej handles his customers. If godrej does not have the competent fellow to handle registration activities (Which is done by each builder as a thumb rule) then they shouldn’t take responsibility of registration. Kamala should have taken only those dds which were mentioned in their mail for registration. Basically she had blindly picked up all the dds and deposited (Rather to say dumped) to sub registrar office.

                                    Now it is ridiculous of saying that i have not provided mod documents during registration process.
                                    Firstly she said that she didn’t pick up the dds for mod/title deed registration, secondly she told that probably she had taken but couldn’t remember. And next she is telling that mod documents was not provided. This is just and attempt to divert the issue and putting blame to me by covering her faults!!!

                                    2. She also mentioned in her mail that
                                    “as there was no specific mention of those two dds against mod registration, all the dds given by you were accounted in the sale deed”

                                    In dd/ bankers check only the amount and to whom it is payable will be mentioned.in dd/banker’s chq there is no space to mention the purpose of that dd. Now i really don’t understand what she meant with this statement and trying confuse me by making this type of childish statement. It really doesn’t suit with reputation of godrej.

                                    My clear question to godrej is that when the dds of rs 10, 160 and rs 5080 (For mod registration) were not mentioned in their mail related to registration then in which ground kamala took those dds from my file which ultimately created a total mess. This is simply because of carelessness attitude or mismanagement what she has shown during the process.
                                    So, my question to management of godrej is that………why customer will suffer due to incompetencies and carelessness atitude of godrej people.

                                    Godrej never gave me any discount or rebate for any single rupee. They charged interest for delayed payment on each single day and sometimes even though there no delayed payment but still they claims interest (Which is ridiculous, i will explain this in separate thread). Then why godrej will not compensate me for the amount what i lost due totheir carelessness.
                                    I talked several times with their godrej customer care about this matter but they become passive listeners. I talked with mr arindam from crm team godrej, he clearly told me that godrej will not return me the money what i lost due to their insensitive activities and he doesn’t bother even i go to consumer forum with this matter. I am surprise to see this type of audacity from crm team of godrej.

                                    I booked this property by seeing the brand name of godrej but if this is the attitude godrej folks then i am not going to think to invest in future on any other godrej properties and also i am not going to suggest to any of my friend to invest in godrej properties

I have submitted a bunch of documents for the same. But till date, no reply to my calls, messages, emails. And no refund of money. I have sold my house, office. Staying on rent. No money to pay rent. My 2 children are in 10th std. need money to pay their fees. Always knew that Godrej is good at everything, but Never knew Godrej was so bad at refunding back. It seems as i[censored] r staying on my money. I am in a poor state now. Plz refund my money or give me suicide pills, whichever will be cheaper for u.
