This is about Prakriti, a real estate project of Godrej Properties. Specifically about cheating and lying by Mr. Arun Burman and Abhikendra Saha. I had booked for two flats - going solely by Brand Godrej and L&T as constructors. After my initial booking, I had a paralytic stroke and took some time to pay the installments. Then I did make the complete payment for Kanchenjunga 1206, taking a bank loan.
I was then invited to come and do the registration. I fly to Kolkata with my wife, and once there, minutes before I go to the registration venue I get ambushed by Team Godrej who say "registration will not take place" as I owe some more money! There they say some interest money for late payment is there and can I come the next day for registration (by Arun Burman) - about 2-3 lakhs!. I am aghast. Why did they not intimate me before? The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing? In the registration there goo[censored]ps galore as wrong names are inserted in the registration form.
They then give me a type written paper which has NO Godrej name or letterhead or logo and mentions that I have to pay 12 Lakhs! And only then will I get the keys. I do the registration and all the personnel on the ground including the Legal head and Mr Abhishek Mitra, evince sympatghy, and assures that nothing will come out of it.
In the meantime, I get incessant calls before coming to Kolkata for registration from Abhikendra Saha requesting if I would like to make balance payments for the second flat - Kapilash 1406. I informed him that I would like to walk away, although I had paid 4 Lakhs, as the asking interest was too much. He then gave me a formal letter that the interest is waived off. All these he did not mention anything about 12 lakhs of interest for Kanchenjunga 1206, indicating malafide intent.
Now the situation is such that I have paid in full for both the flats (Kapilash is ahead of schedule), the project has been delayed over an year, and I am not getting the Sale Deed or the Keys to Kanchenjunga. In the meantime, I have already paid 10 months of pre-EMI, suffering huge cost.
Is this what Brand Godrej is all about?
Not all people in Godrej are bad; but because of incompetency of a few, well paid managers, the brand is now in a bad light.
I as a consumer have been cheated wantonly and in a well planned manner, by being giving false promises and empty assurances

I am a customer who has purchased an apartment in Godrej E city, Bangalore with a lot of God belief and trust that I am purchasing an apartment with a renowned and reputed Indian household name and since that have been put to a lot of woes.

It has been 3 plus years now and I have not been able to see my apartment till date. I have paid 98 % of my dues' and everything was paid on time. My many requests have been turned down by the staff here in Bangalore, who are either rude or not bothered about customer's request. Any number of requests go into deaf ears, and I am not sure if they take " Customers Voice' up with the senior management or not .

We were told that a Visit to the Site would be arranged in the month of Dec'15, this was pulled out to Jan '16 and now Feb'16 is approaching and there has been no news from your team over here. My requests have been turned down especially by Mr. Govardhan or Ms. Kamala ( Govardhan of late, as Ms. Kamala seems to be too busy to lift the line to answer a customer's call though she is the namesake Customer Care Manager ). This gentlemen has a typical recorded answer that " management has not allowed for a visit" and his behaviour is very languid.

Now is the management of the reputed Godrej Family name insensitive to their customers requests... It gives us a feeling that we are being cheated and there is something dubious going on inside, . Can you please look into this and arrange for an immediate resolution to end this ambiguity sir

I had sent the cancellation of my flat A002 on 3rd August 2015, so I was told by Ms Divya jain that mid October 2015 money refund will be done. But its mid December now, no response from Godrej. its really pathetic that no one from Godrej even pics the call and responds to the email. Respected sir, I am totally frustrated with Godrej garden city Ahmedabad. They had promised possession of my flat Tivoli I on Oct 2014. Now they are stating the possession will be next year (more than 1 and half years late). I have visited Ahmedabad in 2014 and 2015 from Canada. The senior managers were not willing to talk of any compensation inspite of the mistake. We too take loans from bank and pay the instalments. Even if we are a day late, they charge 18 percent interest. And now they are 1 and half years late and no compensation whatsoever for the home owners. I have paid nearly 30 lakhs, and I need my money back with 18 percent interest. This is fair since they charge us the same when we are late. Why should I suffer because of their delays. Need urgent help to resolve this issue.

I had purchased 2BHK flat in Godrej garden city - Tivoli M, Ahmadabad in 2011 and that time verbally promised me to get possession in Dec -2013 After that GGC (Godrej garden city) gave rufe possession later in that later they promise to give possession in July-2014. But after mail conversation GGC promised the possession in July-2015 almost 1 year late But when I personally visited the construction site and had talk with L&T engineer he told me the flat will be ready in Nov to Dec -2015 again 6 month delay. GGC gave the reason that due to heavy rainfall in 2013 the construction delay almost (1.5 year ) and the situation not our control that's why GGC will not paid the interest rate on money deposited till date. While the other big builder and small builder who started project same time delivered the project in 2014, they don't have issue with heavy rain. The Truth is Godrej garden city has end the construction contract with L&T and given contract to other company.And L&T must finish the Tivoli as per the contract.that's why L&T delay in construction. So Here is my question 1) Am I eligible to get the interest rate on deposited amount till date ? 2) If Yes, Can you please tell me what is the process ? Thank you for your help !!

I booked a flat in Godrej Garden City - Eden Q, in Ahmadabad, Its possession was promised in 2014. I have stopped hearing form them since mid 2014. I raised so many queries but I do not get response. I have raised queries via GP portal but later I find queries in closed status with comment that information has been provided to the customer. Inspite of repeated reminders, still I have no clue on when my flat would be handed over.

I booked flat in Godrej Garden City, Ahmedabad in Sept 2013. The main problem I am facing from Godrej is none response to my queries or information requests. In spite of several reminders, queries are not answered, not even acknowledgement of receipt of the email. I kept on sending reminders but no response. Being NRI and no support in India, it’s really put me in difficult situation. I had to spend lots of time sending several reminders. To the name the few issues While booking the flat, Godrej representative did not bother ensure that booking form is fully filled up and all details are obtained from me. Later I was informed that form is not complete and worst part I was put under pressure to complete the formalities. Emergency was created due to non-performance from Godrej. I had to spend to time to complete the booking formalities I had to follow up to get their bank details to make payment. Can you imagine customer had to follow up to get bank details for making online payment? Allotment letter was issued several months after booking the flat. I had to do rigorous follow up to get the same. Even for this basic right I had to follow up. No confirmation given for receipt of payment made by me in timely manner. I had to follow up for almost one month to get confirmation. During this time several emails are sent but ignored for almost 3 weeks, not even acknowledgement of receipt of email. Delay in issue of receipts for payment made by me. List can go on. The main issue is non response and ignoring queries and no improvement in service level in spite of raising service issue several times. Now I want to give feedback to Godrej Properties MD. Please help me with this email address.

I had booked a flat in Godrej Prakriti, Sodepur, West Bengal @ Rs. 21 lakhs. I had paid Rs. 8 lakhs in installments. The balance Rs. 12 lakhs was payable for which I applied for loan. In the meantime, The Godrej people sent me aletter saying that the booking was liable for cancellation if this amount was not paid. I requested them for some time since the loan application was pending. Then, I needed a SBI bank approval letter for the project, which they did not send me for almost 2 months in spie of repeated written, emailed and telephonic requests. Finally they sent me the document by mail, but this turned out to be the wrong document as my Flat was in tower 1 and the document sent was for tower 2. After literally begging them for the correct document, they finally sent it on 23rd June 2012 and, to my utter surprise, sent me a cancellation letter on the same date, i.e. 23rd June. The whole affair smelt of a conspiracy to prevent me from making the due payment on time so that they could cancel my booking and allot the falt to someone else. Repeated requests to allow me to take possession of my flat against payment has not elicited a single response.
I request Godrej Prakriti Pvt. Ltd., through there subsidiary Happy Highrises Pvt. Ltd. to allow me to pay my dues and take possession of my flat.
I urge the general public to be careful in dealing with these promoters/developers as they seem to resort to unscrupulous means to cheat you.

My DP id is 13639722 & name dinesh suklal lilhare. Godrej properties ltd. & jswl ipo shares cut off price balance till date not deposited to my Axis bank account. I purchased shares one lot each of mentioned companies through share khan they asked me to contact you. its now two year sine the dealing take off, please reply early to [protected]@gmail.com OR [protected]@rediffmail.com
