I booked a flat in Godrej Garden City - Eden Q, in Ahmadabad, Its possession was promised in 2014. I have stopped hearing form them since mid 2014. I raised so many queries but I do not get response. Non response to complaint

Delay in delivery of project

I had bought a house in Godrej eden woods project at Than in Bombay in the year 2006.
Ever since then the project has been delayed close to year and Godrej has been not responding to my telephonic queries on settlement for losses.
The project according to the agreement was to be delivered in Oct 2007, hence I had taken a floating loan and now the interest too has gone high from 7.5% TO 12.5 % and i am loser on both counts.br...
