I lived in a pg called shreeji pg at eden P block for 4 months and they had collected money for 6 months. Due to some reason I have to leave to pg. They had committed me before that they will refund the money once they find another candidate for my seat. They got the candidate but haven't refunded. They are not picking up calls and not responding to messages. They have a Pathetic behaviour. When i used to live there i had a parking issue due to there illegal business. I kindly request the committee to take action against them.

In the month of April we deposited Rs.100000 as a token amount for the project near vtp, then due to certain reasons we cancelled the deal. I'm trying since June for the refund but till now I have not received the amount and proper response from the sales manager. I have no idea where to contact for refund except the sales manager kaamya Sharma.

I had booked a 2 BHK and 3 BHK flat under your Godrej Orchard Seven Ph 2B project at Diamond Harbour Road, adjacent to Bharat Sevashram Sangha Multi Speciality Hospital, Banagram, West Bengal 700104.Flat No 808 and 809 J1 tower. I had given a token money of amount 50000/= and 50000/= by credit card on 17/12/2023. Receipt is attached herewith for your reference.

The booking of 3 BHK was done under the name of Dilip Mohanty.

On 23rd December I got call from the sales team of orchard seven to pay rest of the booking amount for the 2 BHK and 3 BHK flat.

At that time I said that I want to cancel the booking of 3BHK flat and only want to purchase the 2 BHK one. So I requested the sales team to adjust the 3 BHK token money in my 2 BHK flat booking amount and paid the rest 399896/ on 22/12/2023 through fund transfer by account towards booking amount of the 2 BHK flat.

Now I regret to inform you that I will not be able to purchase the flat from you as I am unable to arrange the rest of the money for it. I do not have savings to pay the whole amount.

I kindly request you to refund the booking amount to me.
I am receiving the payment acknowledgements after my cancellation mail.
It is my hard earned money. Kindly refund the same

Godrej Properties Limited at Tropical ISLE Project Noida is overcharging 1% TDS amount in case property value is over Rs 50 Lacs. The 1% TDS to be deducted from the payment to Godrej is required to be paid to ITAX department directly by the buyer. Godrej is very cleverly issuing misleading Payment Schedule and invoices without excluding the 1% TDS amount and net payable to Godrej. Though in a very small print at lower side of demand letter, it is written that customer is required to deduct 1% TDS and pay directly to ITAX department. Customer care team is terribly inexperienced and do not have any knowledge on net amount payable to Godrej and ITAX department. They do not issue any signed letter unless chasing is done for months. All customers will end up paying penalty and 1% TDS to ITAX department over and above what has been paid to Godrej. The total amount amassed by Godrej in this process would run into hundreds of Crore Rupees. This is a serious financial fraud despite having regulatories body like RERA and no tolerance to corruption and unfair trade practices policy of the present government.

On Sept 17th 2023, I booked a property in Godrej Emerald Waters Pimpri Pune (RERA Registration number P[protected]) and paid them Rs. 1 lakh as a booking amount. I was assigned unit GEWT[protected] in Tower – 05).

On Sept 23rd 2023, I verbally cancelled this booking due to personal family matters. On Sept 25th 2023, I wrote a formal email to my sales manager Mr. Pushpendra Vishwakarma and my CRM Ms. Shradhashree Misra, to cancel this booking.

Since I canceled within 15 days of booking, under MahaRERA regulations I am entitled to a full refund of the booking amount. Ms. Shradhashree Misra acknowledged this in her email and assured me that I would surely receive my refund within 30 days, at the latest. She also sent me a proof, which showed that the booking was cancelled in Godrej Properties internal systems. Sales manager Mr. Pushpendra also assured me that I will receive the refund.

It is now past 60 days since the cancelation and I have still not received the refund. Every time I call my CRM Shradhashree Misra, she makes different excuses and gives me a new date by which I will receive my refund. Mr. Pushpendra doesn't answer my phone calls. I also sent a WhatsApp message to Mr. Abhijeet Das, a senior manager at Godrej Properties, but to no avail. In short, they are giving me a run-around.

I am really shocked and disappointed that a company of the caliber of Godrej Properties, is giving me such a run around when it comes to issuing refund.

I am posting this message to seek your help in obtaining the full refund as promised by Godrej Properties.

I had expressed EOI, and had given 20L INR. Now while returning the same the bank is asking for a cover letter from Godrej which has not been provided since 3 weeks. The sales representative mentions that it is unavailable due to the company policy which I doubt. A prestigious company like Godrej I doubt would have this kind of policy.

I live in Godrej elements, owner of flat.

We got possession (May2022) and it has many faults in flat, like broken/scratched tiles, automation not working. Leakage issues in parking. Amenities 20% working.

I have been waiting for Sale deed and handover of my flat keys in Green Glades, Godrej Garden City, Ahmedabad since July 2023. Our previous RM have not taken approval for Interest Waiver from Shri Siddhi Infrabuildcon pvt ltd. We have informed about Interest Waiver since May 2022. Our previous RM"s have not done there part of job due to which we are facing this problem.
We are paying monthly EMI"s as well as Rent for our present accomodation.

I have been allotted with plot no GOCEP3-684 in Godrej Orchid estate in the month of January 23. I had paid 10% of the booking amount . And in the month of April 2023 I had cancelled the same. However till date the refund has not been processed. Mr Ahmed Faraz is the executive and he is not responding to calls and emails.

I had not received my refund despite multiple follow up with you. I am very disappointed with the service and negligence in this regards by Godrej.

Pleas help me to gety refund back as it is pending from 6 months...

I am raising this complaint because i had booked a land in Godrej Reserve project in Devanahalli Bangalore in May 2023.
Before fixing the appointment for the registration, i was provided with instructions by CRM to make the TDS and Stamp Duty payment and share the challan. I followed the exact instructions and steps that was provided but later Godrej consultant said that there is a new link where Stamp duty payment has to be made and Challan of 4.66 Lakh Rupees provided by me is not going to work now.

Since this mistake happened because incorrect instruction provided by CRM, he assured that he will get the refund request submitted to get 4.66 Lakh rupees refunded and then we can go for the Stamp Duty payment again. I was assured that amount will be refunded in 2 weeks time.

We went on following up for almost 2 months, then i was assured that confirmation of refund has come and it will be refunded in 1 weeks time and with that assurance i agreed to pay Stamp Duty charges from my pocket again to expedite Registration of the land because HDFC bank was not ready to release the DD for the loan amount until registration is done.

After registration was completed on 16th Aug, i was again assured by CRM that he will be getting someone to chase for the refund because it was more than 2.5 month since request was submitted. now from past 3 weeks even after several followups and calls, there is no response from the CRM and he is not responding to anything.

We as customer have lot of Trust when we do any Business with company like Godrej and expect that company like Godrej would never do anything unethical or wrong to any of their customers but i never expected this kind of behavior and this is like cheating.
I would definitely like Godrej to own this and help in getting the money refunded because i have all the evidence to prove that i am in this situation because of mis communication between Godrej CRM and Godrej Consultant.

I am writing to complaint against Godrej Emerald waters Pimpri to refund the token amount of rupees 1 lakh. I have made the payment for token amount for 1 lakh rupees on 02-SEP-2023 for flat booking to Sales agent (Tanya Wadhwani). Later during listing on 17-Sep-2023 informed that no longer interested in project and wont be able to attend so please cancel the and initiate the refund process for same. She has provided her mail ID tanya.[protected]@godrejproperties.com to share the details. As requested the details are shared with the sales person but she didn't notify if the process has been initiated or she has forwarded the request to relevant department for processing. I had called and even send messages on Whatsapp but she is not responding neither providing the details of Site to contact.

If you can please initiate the refund process will be helpful.

Worst and false commitments by management of Godrej Properties and no ethics of professionalism. There is no customer care for complaints. All numbers given on site are not working and they are not even replying of mails. Sold the property by saying the possession will be given in the 1st week of June and we had planned accordingly. But after 4 months there is no clarity related to possession. Ms Radhika and Ms Sana both are making fools everyday. totally unethical approach. We have been wandering without a roof for the last three months. This matter will be highlighted on all social media platforms.This kind of attitude is not expected by an organization like GODREJ.

Your immediate attention to resolve the leakage issue from the ceiling of my master bedroom. My flat is in TIVOLI D

I, Simple Magoon, r/o house no. 344, gali no. D- 26, Chattarpur, New Delhi- 110074, presently in Cameroon ( West Africa) with my husband and family, had made a booking of an apartment along with my husband Mr Kapil Magoon in the project of Godrej properties, Godrej 101, sector 79, Gurugram, Haryana, the unit details are as unit no. c 0703 on the 7th floor in tower c, Godrej 101, on the 11th may 2020.

Rera registration no 61 of 2017 dated[protected].

To mention that we had known Godrej as a very reputed company and have heard about the various successful projects of Godrej properties in Delhi, ncr, we knew that the Godrej properties is a very reliable and trustworthy company, so on the basis of these credentials of Godrej properties, the above-mentioned booking was done on video calls and video presentations by your marketing team, headed by Mr Paroj Dutta. Since we were in Cameroon, we did not even physically visit the project site and went ahead with the booking because of such tremendous confidence on Godrej properties.

The above-mentioned unit was duly allotted to us by wonder Buildcon private limited, on the payment of 10% of the basic sale price amounting to Rs 1399800 (rupees thirteen lacs ninety-nine thousand eight hundred)

The balance was to be paid on possession which was tentatively to be in the year 2021 and the same was planned to be from our own financial sources, as being NRI we don't have the facility of getting loans from Indian banks.

The booking of the said unit was done by me on the basis of normal circumstances and had never ever imagined that a pandemic like coronavirus would hit the entire world.

My business was very badly affected due to the onslaught of coronavirus/ lockdowns all over the world as we are into the business of importations of general goods from China to Cameroon by sea route.
The transportation through sea was totally suspended as China went under lockdowns, there was no supply of goods and the same continued over a long span of time, my entire supply chain affected, everything was turned upside down and all my financial planning was badly affected due to the same.

My business in Cameroon got affected tremendously, as a big part of my expenses were fixed, being a foreigner, all the premises, shop/ warehouses/ residential units were on rental basis.

All flights from Cameroon to India were suspended, so there was no way for us to come to India so as to look for some other financing options.

Further, we have been in Cameroon for the past 24 years and all our sources of income are in Cameroon, the business as mentioned above, without any source of income in India.

The same was explained to our Godrej relationship manager and she advised us to apply for a banking loan. We had mentioned to her that being NRI, we are not eligible for a banking loan in India. She further advised that we can at least try, so she referred us to one of the agents who was working with banks on behalf of customers of Godrej properties in the processing of loans. The documents as required were submitted and the process went on for several months, but finally, we were not able to get the loan approved (sorry to mention but we even gave some commissions to the agent to get the loan approved and on a fast track) so we had clear intentions of paying for the booking, but our luck was not in our favor.

So after looking out at various financial avenues, nothing worked out for me so as to be in a position to pay the balance amount outstanding.
As i was issued possession intimation letter by your office on[protected] and a demand of Rs 12605273 was raised.

Since that time, I have been requesting your office to cancel my booking and refund the amount of Rs 1399800 paid as booking amount by me. But till date, nothing has worked out and i have been getting the response that the same cannot be refunded.

Just to explain to you that i have a family of 3 kids (19 year old son, who has to go to university, 2 daughters aged 17 years and 14 years). All the responsibility of their education and upbringing has to be fulfilled by me. Furthermore, I have a dependent mother (76 years), my father expired at a time when i was still struggling, and this amount of Rs 1399800 is my hard earned money.

We would like to request Godrej properties to give a due consideration to our request of cancellation of our booking and refund the application amount paid by us.

We expect Godrej properties to respect our confidence and trust shown in Godrej properties, to the extent that we booked the apartment based on the words and video presentation of your marketing team.

We have a strong mindset that Godrej properties is a very reputed company, growing with time. So by the grace of God, we can still work with Godrej properties in the future.

I visited godrej splendor site in Bengalore and paid 50000 as token money on 31 May.Sales person confirmed if you change your decision money will be refunded.Till date money is not refunded and sales person Debraj is also not entertaining.Worst part is there are no escalation point of contact.Such a worst service

I have a flat under Godrej Manjari Pune, In month of February a demand was raised for sanitary fittings, which was paid immediately from my side.

On recent visit I noticed we are in month of July and nothing was even started with respect to demand taken in month of Feb.

On escalating- RM reverted that one of commod was broken hence it was not fitted- but is it possible to get all 3 broken at same time? even if we consider commods were broken what about wash basins ?

RM's are not responding and I had a trust on Godrej brand which is no more.

Its not issue with one or 2 owners they are fooling everyone

I am NRI and my unit T1307 was cancelled without any confirmation from my side.
I had booked this unit on 12th Nov 2020 with token amount of 5, 50, 000 rupees.
Since I was held up in UK during covid time, couldn't complete the further formalities after registration fees paid.
Godrej cancelled my unit without any confirmation from my side and lost all the money I invested.

Please stop calling...its a totally harrasment...10 tp 15 calls a day..from sales...i am not instrested in your projects...at all...please remove my number from your data base and put it in DND list..

I spoke to the Godrej salesperson name Nirty on the refund of the booking amount which he promised for the refund and also send out an email to Shubham from Sales & Marketing team.

Still did not get the acknowledgement from the on my email and nor got a call back from Nirty.

Need an assistance on the refund of Rs.50, 000 please.
