I have recently bought flat in Godrej Icon, Gurgaon and made all payments and even the Conveyance Deed has been registered in Tehsil office. Surprisingly, after that, the mobile number of concerned CRM is switched off and there is nobody who can tell me as to when they shall give me possession of the flat which is ready to move in.
I have to vacate my existing house shortly and move to this newly bought apartment in Godrej Icon, Gurgaon.
If I don’t get possession of the flat, my family shall be practically on the road.
Need somebody to contact me and give possession of the flat in next few days

I have booked a property in Godrej Azure chennai - jade tower in Feb 2022. During the time of handover we have observed few issues which were not rectified by the construction team with the cracks in the living area and outer portion of the flat where the access to private terrace area was closed by wall due to pipeline is not fixed properly. Also in our dedicated parking area, there is an unclosed manhole chamber kept open for several months which made difficult to park our car. We have raised this issue for more than 10 months now and still not resolution from the construction team. Also people from the maintenance team is accessing the common water pipeline from our master bedroom Toilet window which impacts the privacy. We have so far observed many instances when people want to fix water issues people are accessing our master bedroom toilet area to fix issues. When raised with godrej construction team, they are either non responsive or arrogant mentioning this property is designed as such and we should not have bought the property and said to escalate the matter to whom ever we want to but they will not do anything. Need resolution on this matter as no action is made yet.

I am trying my best to write my complaint in short about the Godrej Properties- Bangalore cheated with me.

I have Booked 3BHK Flat for my personal use in the year 2020 at 10:90 payment plan, The flat was booked online since i was working in Abroad.
Godrej bangalore team approached for My final payment by email on september 2022. All may hard savings and loan from bank was released as per the timeline . During this course i have requested to show my Flat at least once. Emailed Godrej bangalore team about my India visit since i have completed the up to 90 lakhs payment and i have rights to see my Flat where OC also applied at their end.

Since i never seen my unit from the date of booking and final payment also completed. I made multiple requests from my side through email, whats app calls were ignored not willing to show my unit.I was completely under depression and frustrated couldn't understand why the team is not showing the Unit at-least on AS IS condition. Engineer Hemant is saying that please ask something else favour i will do but don't ask to visit your flat. With lot struggle approached the Head of the Entire project team Tony Joseph, Again the same not bothered about concern.

I was completely blind got a lot depression.Came to know with some resident who are already residing told me that your house is used by Godrej staff more that 20 members are working every day more than 8 months. Finally decided to visit forcefully myself, When i saw my unit was completely under shock and came to know that my entire 3 bhk booked unit was really abused hall, bed room 1, bed room 2, bedroom 3 and washroom completely used by godrej staff. I took my flat video corner to corner with full of sorrow and completely broke down due to this act from a reputed developer. Video recording i have with me to take the action at further level.

Godrej has cheated me they were hiding me all these days not allowing me to visit the Flat, As an NRI customer they never valued my time, my email for Flat visit was ignored.Finally i decided to get the unit cancelled by seeking the compensation since my house dream was completely spoiled with their conduct. Please go through the email correspondence has communicated with the entire Godrej team memebers. Especially see the photos and you will come to know the pain of a through all the attachement which has more details about my concern.Requesting again please go through the photos.

My Very important- 5 Questions to Godrej Management.

1) Why did you use the my booked unit for your internal office purpose. You dont have any other temporary space to setup in the entire 18 acres of land.
2) Also you have so many other unsold units . Why cant you setup your office in unsold units and finally during the project windup you could have sell that unit after renovation. This way no one will be hurted.
3) I have paid money for new house. not for renovated 2nd hand used one. Why are you not understanding the customer pain. As a customer we had lot of dreams with family together and start new life in a new house which has been completely spoiled by your Godrej Property banglore Team.
4) why my email concern is not answered when i finally escalated to high level Mumbai Team.Emailed to the [protected]@godrejproperties.com which is a common email for customer care has been responded. The email lags and full attachments are done.

5) Why your team did not bother to show my Flat atleast after recieving whole 90 lakhs on time . They could have arranged to vacate with in a week of time and showed to me atleast AS IS Condition.

My name is Pawan Agrawal and I am writing this complaint to get refund of rupees 50000/-.

I went to visit the Godrej Rivergreens in Manjari Budruk, Pune, Maharashtra 412307, where the sales team showed us the Godrej Parkridge. I was with my family and we liked the flats.

However we were not 100% sure on the decision to buy the flat. We asked for some time from the sales team.

However the sales team showed us some posters that price is going to rise from tomorrow and said you need to book the flat unit today only in order to get advantage of the lower price.

We were totally confused but the sales team rushed us to make the payment at that time only and said that this amount is refundable. I made a payment of rupees 50000/-.

Due to some personal reasons, we decided to cancel the booking in next 2 days. We informed the sales team that we need to cancel the booking and do not want to go ahead with purchase and agreement.

Sales team is keep on saying that you will receive refund in 7 days, but it has been more then 1 month now, I am still taking follow up with Sales team for refund

I have paid token of rupees 1 Lakh to Mr. Dwarkesh pandey.
He has confirmed if we do not like the property next day, amount will be returned within 10 days. now Dwarkesh is saying go via rera or consumer forum, I have not signed any single paper with Godrej properties, I just provided token amount for the flat.

It is hard earned money and I am stressed and angry that sales lied to me, suddenly he says we wont return the money or come via rera then we will see.

We had booked a flat with Godrej Properties in their project Godrej Emerald in Aug 2017. They had said the expected possession date is Aug 2020 while the RERA date was later. We are in December 2022 and till date they have not raised final demand nor given confirmation for final date for possession.
We had booked the under construction property considering the Godrej Brand name but it sad to see their response. Hoping that they respond to my complaint now.

I booked a flat in Godrej Garden City, Celeste project on 26th Nov. 2022. Tower K2, Flat 504.

I got a call once from my RM Manisha Rajwani informing that she is my RM and she will share her mobile number and other details/documents so in case of any assistance I can contact her.

Thereafter, the RM never came back, she did not shared her number or any document/details. Whenever I call to Godrej customer care they says Manisha Rajwani is busy attending other clients. Somehow after multiple calls, Godrej customer care arranged her mobile number and but sent to me via email. But she never picks the call.. NEVER!!

I sent her what's app, she replied I am busy in meeting will call back. That day never came back.

Then I sent emails stating that for processing loan my bank representative needs few documents from builder. But she never replied to the email.

I gave her number directly to my bank representative to coordinate further, but some other guy picked the call stating that she is busy.

My god how someone is so busy, what job is this lady doing other than dealing with her assigned flat buyer.

I am fed up of following up with her. If the loan delays, Godrej will start charging interest and the reason behind delay is Godrej's own relation ship manager.

Screenshots of followups via all means, customer care call history, calls to her numbers directly, whatsapp messages sent, emails sent are provided with this complaint.

This is pathetic and was never expected from Godrej. Such employees destroying the trust build by Godrej.

I will never recommend Godrej even to my worst enemy. They are a big lie. Full of false commitments. Their management does not care about customers either. Handover has been delayed for nearly 2 years now. However, they made sure the full amount was received. BIi frauds. DO NOT INVEST IN GODREJ. YOU WILL REGRET IT. THEY ARE CHEAP FRAUDS.

Dear Team i book Godrej 1BHK in Godrej zest Bangalore via square yards. they promise that that will help to manage property and help to re sale, but after sale they never give any attention .

even square yards promises that first transfer is free so if i want i can transfer my property and they will help in this .

but all was fake promises.

now when i approached to godrej for cancellation they are not returning my 4.5 L amount

Flat no 1504 Godrej royale woods.I have made a payment of Rs 3, 77, 100/ on[protected] as EOI as there was a dispute between the technical team of the builder and the banker there was interest charged on the same by the builder after the DD was prepared as there was no fault from the banker, they denied paying the interest and the deal was dint go through. Neither I received the EOI till date. When I spoke to the relationship manager, he says my money will not be refunded instead paying my money asked me to cancel the agreement on the same. He was asking for godrej properties, ealiar as well I have told these guys not to call me as I not interested.

I had written several mails and made 8 visits to Thane site office but every time I met with these trained fraud staff from Godrej.

they have taken 2 EOI's Cheques on 8th October got it encashed on 12th October and imposed a 3 BHK flat as a booking and now refusing for Refund

I have requested for Cancellation Of my EOI for Godrej Exquisite project.

Let me tell you I was very much interested in this property as it is very close to my relatives premises and extremely close to my Existing home.
So I directly came to the Godrej Ghodbunder office along with my father and after having discussion with you and other Colleagues (Sharan, Mayur) we were told about the EOI offer with benefits so Immediately we have decided to go for the refundable EOI opportunity for 2 flats ( I was looking for 1500+ square ft. RERA /MOFA Carpet of Jodi/Neighbour flat Combination ).
As Godrej is a Big trustworthy Brand so without thinking too much I have given 2 EOI cheques in favour of Godrej Exquisite collection Account on 8th of October 2022.

1)Rs. 200000:-Ranjit Kumar Singh 2BHK( 724 sq. ft. carpet):- Canara Bank, Santacruz East Branch Mumbai, Cheque Number 338386 .
2)Rs. 300000:-Sunil Ranjit Singh 3BHK(922 sq. ft. carpet):- HDFC Bank, Malad East Branch, Mumbai, Cheque Number 000215.

We were Assured by the sales Team that whatever the case, If you wish to backout or not interested in the project anymore, we'll pay you the refund immediately .I wouldn't have dared to share EOI to any other brand, but being a Godrej Trustworthy brand we trusted and even we have extended our faith and trust towards the sales representatives as well.

On 12th october The money got credited towards "Godrej Exquisite collection Account " after waiting for over a week I have asked Ritika about the Pricing part on 18th of October and her response was "Yes Sir, we are working on a case to case basis. you can come down tomorrow, I have told the site head too".
Again on 19th of October I asked Ritika about the indicative price for both the apartments so I can bring more cheques or else will go for withdrawal if Prices are beyond my Budget/Expectations, As I don't want to waste your Team's time . I have not received any response from her and I again visited Godrej office along with my father.
Again we had a long Discussion with the Team about the pricing and we have almost finalized the 3 BHK (922 sq ft) flat at 2.10 Cr.
The Sales Team has told us to swipe 1 lacs Rupees and as my card was not working so my Father has swiped Axis Bank Card at 19:20:54 for Rs.25000 .
Now after having a discussion with Family members and by looking at the other Financial aspects and to resolve Immediate urgency, we have decided to pull back with the plan as it is not fulfilling my Expectations .

Immediately on 20th of October I informed Ritika about the same ( less Than 24 hours ) so that Godrej Teams should not have any impact on their sales and with goodwill and faith have written an email to Godrej Marketing Team to initiate the Money Reversal Process of Rs, 525000.

After not receiving any response from the sales team end Today I have again visited the Godrej Thane office at 1:50 pm and waited till 2:45 pm but all sales force were busy and also more customers were their so have decided to leave the place and informed Ritika and Sharan to Give me a call once they are Free.
I again made an attempt to meet them in Godrej office at around 16:45 pm and then finally told them about the Decision and reason for not continuing with the EOI process for this Time.
So Please Return the amount as Five lakh twenty five thousand is not a small amount for middle class people like us.

Hi,
I have purchased a flat in Parkridge Godrej, as per promise they were suppose to provide me Tanishque Gold vouchers for 25000 and other vouchers costing around- INR. 67, 000/-.
It's been 1 and a half year but they have not provided any such vouchers. After asking again and again they are saying who has commited you vouchers show us the mail.

Hi, I had a meeting with the Sales team on 19 Nov 2022. And I sent the email of EOI Cancellation on Sunday. I have been following up with Ms Grishma and Site Manager, Avitosh Panda on email to no avail. Ms Grishma tells me that they have to receive approval for the refund when she had clearly put down on email that the refund is processed within 15 days from the cancellation email date.
Please issue my refund at the earliest.

I have taken a housing loan, from Axis Bank, and whenever Invoices are raised, I used to send to my Bank and after coordinating with CRM ( from Mr. Arul, Ms. Namrata, to Mayuri Tiwari, and finally Ms. Priyadarshini ) and my Axis bank representatives, payments have been made to you, all receipts in original were collected by Axis Bank representative from your Team, and the amount was processed to you directly, also I had given undertaking to Godrej properties to pay TDS on my behalf, which is to be recovered from me

And now suddenly, INTEREST amount of 18000/- plus is levied against my final account, as delays in making payments, That to at the end, which I fail to understand, why this component which was never under my control is levied to me, and was not bought to my notice any time, earlier

we have also understood the delay in construction during COVID times, and have waived the same, by excusing the delay, and after paying lakhs on time, being levied interest is unjust

I am very disappointed as I am getting Unwanted calls from sales team of Godrej Properties frequently. This is not the proper way to interact with customer at very high frequent times. I request you to kindly stop these calls. My Mobile number is already registered while account creation.

I am writing this message to express my frustration about Godrej24 project failure for us.

After several promises, from Ujjwal Sarkar, Gouri Tilekar and other team members of the handover team, I am still not informed about the possession date. The last promise date for your response was 30 Sept. I did not hear back from you since then.
The quality of construction has been so bad that the leakage started even before the possession.

Is there anything that you people can do to help?

Please let me know everything in writing.

I had decided to book a flat in Godrej Ascend and for the same I paid a down payment of Rs 2 lacs. The next day I contacted Godrej Ascend team and told them that I would not like to go ahead with the purchase. They tried to convince me otherwise. Later they asked me to send a mail for cancellation. I sent the e-mail and asked them to cancel my booking as I was having some personal issues. They came back with multiple schemes to pursue me into changing my decision, but none of the schemes could satisfy my requirement and solve my problems.
I humbly request you to provide me with a solution to get my refund.
