Dear sir,
I have been getting daily SPAM Mail from Godrej Properties to buy their Properties. The mails are being sent through Poonawall fincorp / [protected]@connectinboxx.com.
I have repeatedly complained to their customer care but they have done nothing more than ack my mails.
Now, through pages I wish to awaken these spamming agencies so that they stop harassing me. I was never their customer and never will be.
They are misusing my data as i had their shares for some time and have my email ID.
It is shocking to note the SPAMMING by reputed houses like the Godrej, Poonawalla & TATAs.
If they don't stop I shall take up the matter with SEBI/ RBi etc.

    I had booked flat Godrej Ascend at Thane Kolshet Road. Upon booking, they got one big form signed and filled. After 6 days of booking due to financial situation at my end, I put cancellation request within 6 daysof booking.
    Now Sales Manager at Ascend is saying 5Lacs rs are forefited. whereas as per RERA guidelines builder is supposed to pay back full booking amount if cancellation request is put within 15 days.

    Feel cheated by Godrej Properties. It just has big name but at ground level Sales team is really really bad at service and not replying to calls properly now and not replying to emails as well.

      Please refer to the attached handover observations sheet attached herewith, which was shared by us during the handover of the flat B102, Godrej Aqua, Bangalore on 17-Aug-2022.
      We are very disappointed that all our concerns conveyed during previous visits have been ignored and falsely committed to us as completed. Note that our flat was used by your project team without any information to us and now the flat is handled to us in second-hand condition. The broken tiles are found to be replaced with a different coloured one and it looks very messy. The worst is that all the sanitary items are not replaced as was committed.
      Clearly, the flat is handed over to us in second-hand condition, which is not at all acceptable to us. We shared the observation on 17th Aug and it is almost 2.5 months now and we haven't heard anything from Godrej side.

        Godrej personnals Sells team asked me to pay the Tokan amount which will be refundable in 15 days, but until now (its more than 1 month) they did not return my tokan amount.

        I have paid INR 50000/- on 3rd Sept. 2022, at skygreen at rivergreen, Manjari, new Kharari, Pune to sales person Saumi.

        And INR 50000/- on 4th Sept. 2022 at woodsvilles, Hinjewadi, Pune to sales person Akshay kumar.

        Aftet contecting both of them ther are ignoring my msgs and call.

          Delay in Hand Over

          Hi,
          I had booked flat in Godrej Emerald in April 21 and i was told by sales person that possession of flat will be given in the month of October, based on verbal committment and looking Godrej brand i booked flat in Godrej Emerald. I had cleared my dues timely, after October it was assured to me that before March 22 i will get my flat, due to lockdown it was delayed, i thought ok i will get in March, again in March it was assured...

          Possession date for my project as per Rera and on agreement was Sept 2021. Due to covid the builder took extension of 6month and mailed us the possession would be done in Mar22 . Then again the date got extended to Sept 2022. Now sept month is also finished, yet we did not get any updates from the Builder.

            Bad Construction Quality and Poor Customer Service

            I am a resident of 1502, Godrej Prime, S6. I got possession in january 2021, and just after the first rain showers in july 2021, I started noticing seepage and leakage issues.

            Leakage issue: It is still persisting even after 450 days. constantly following up with the customer service and handover team for resolution, even the root cause is not yet identified.

            Seepage Issue: There is a Seepage issue since 400...

            I have paid expression of interest amount of 1 lakh more than a month back for one property Godrej Ascend in Thane City but due to some emergency situation I applied for the refund of cancellation of expression of interest amount more than a month back but godrej properties sales manager is not listening to us now. He is not picking up call and provides false promises of refund. As per agreement it should be paid within 15 days. Please help me, the money is required urgently due to family condition.

            Refund was delayed and it took time around one month of follow up with sales manager..but I got my money back. Godrej properties is enjoying undue benefits by delaying thousand of customers refunds across india..Consumer forum should look into such matters in interest of public.

              I purchased a flat in Godrej Nurture, Bangalore around 3 years back. The flat is under construction and I want to sell it. However, to sell the flat, buyer should have the sales agreement.
              Godrej said they sent original sales agreement long back but I never received it. Now I cannot sell the unit since I do not have an agreement .
              I do not understand If Godrej is dispatching such a important document, why cannot you inform us prior. I never received any call from any courier company, I did not even know when they dispatched it.
              Now when I am asking them to share if i signed somewhere while receving courier, they have no idea at all.

              How can you guys send me something so important and then do not try to know if customer received it or not. Such careless company, because of this stupid mistake, I cannot sell the flat.

              If you do not share any tracking number or inform the customer that you have dispatched certain document, how will we know.

              Moreover, the relationship manager has no idea, he says everyone has it.

              Now tell me Godrej Properties, how can I sell my flat, how to get original sales agrement?

                I Have paid a token money of 50000/- for Godrej Prakriti, 3 BHK flat in Panihati, Kolkata on 9th September(2 days back) .The money was transferred via a Debit card.

                However, I have requested for cancellation today. Its just 2 days and they are saying that Money will not be refunded as per Godrej policy. I have never expected this kind of experience for a brand like Godrej

                More over I have just paid the token money my booking is not done yet. why am I not eligible to get the money.

                Can some one help me to guide how to get the money back it is my hard earned money I cannot leave it like that

                Its almost 2.5 months now, still have not received the refund back !! They promised us to credit the full amount within 2.5 months, but no communications from them at all.

                Please look into this matter, I do not want to loose my hard earned money

                  Unauthorized penalty charges on payment

                  I have received a "reminder -1" related to the payment delay which was due on24th August that a penalty of 5, 048.10

                  Based on frequent and recurring chases and discussions with CRM and Godrej finance banker "the NOC was pending at builder side" and nothing was remaining at my(client) side".

                  I'd booked a property in Godrej Meadows-2 project in Feb-22. During registration, I was told that I'm eligible for Rs. 20, 000 vouchers and additional voucher of 1% of registration amount (~58, 000/-) if my referral member does the registration. ALL THIS IS GIVEN ON EMAIL BY SALES PERSON (Mr. Karan Lalwani). I've done my registration in March 2022 and my referral also did the registration on the same day. Now, even post "7 MONTHS" of registration, Godrej is not giving me the promised payment. They are just pushing me back since last 7 months giving reasons of internal approvals and vendor delays.

                  I've made payments of around 22lacs in these 7 months against my upcoming property but Godrej is not at all bothered of paying me my dues. They are not even providing any escalation matrix where I can write or speak with some senior person.

                  Request your help in this case for getting my pending dues form Godrej.

                  At first, the sales team did not mention any TAT and just said that I would get the referral benefit once my reference does the SDR. (this is on email)

                  Next, when I follow up, I've been informed there is a TAT of 90 days!! (90 days to get a voucher created!!!)

                  And now, when the 90 days are nearing, you are mentioning that "tentatively" it will be done by 15th July (which is approx 110 days from SDR!!!)

                  I would like to have the vouchers in 90 days TAT timeframe. This is confirmed from your end and a "fair enough" duration to create simple vouchers. (Your construction is faster than the voucher process!!!)

                  Please confirm.

                  @Karan Lalwani - Do you have a say here? It's disappointing that you haven't stepped up/replied for a "single" issue post my booking. I understand CRM team will be responsible here, but as my Sales CONTACT, you should back up at least for the commitments you made during our discussions.

                  P.S: I understand all the crowd and delays were due to Government work, March end, etc., however, it was too hectic as we reached at 8AM and left the registration office at 3.30PM with our 2 kids!! Maybe it can be planned in some better way for other CUSTOMERs. Just feedback for improvement in your process.

                      We have booked Godrej Splendor Whitefield Bangalore 2 flats with our friend on 3rd September 2022. Now due to personal reasons we wanted to cancel. But Godrej sales person said they don't have cancelation policy.

                      As per Rera policy 45 days is the time within that we can cancel. Now nothing has done in terms of process as its only been 2 day's. We are not expecting this from a big brand. We might plan to take other properties. So don't want to end it up with sour relationship.

                        I Have given token money of 1 lacs for godrej splendor in whitefield now i want to cancel it as i am not getting good feedback for the builder,
                        They were acting so good before taking the money once they received the money now showing there true color.
                        They told me we will not refund the money it's our of Godrej policy, but my friend got the full refund how can there be diffrence for each and every individual.

                        More over i have just given the token money my booking is not done yet as conveyed y godrej customer care. why am i not eligible to get the money..There sales persom was Arman rehman who was dealing with me
                        now he is not taking my call.

                        Can some one help me to guide how to get the money back it is my hard earned money i cannot leave it like that

                          Hello Godrej Air,

                          I have purchased a 3bhk flat in godrej air gurgaon in 2020. Today I got a mail from Pernika Sharma from Godrej Air that I have to pay interest on late payments. All the details mentioned were showing late payments in April 2020 and May 2020 during covid times. My question here is - when the builder has taken extension of 1 to 2 years for COViD reasons then why are they charging interest from customers in the same COVID situation. Also, 3 of the payments had invoice date of 3th Dec2020 and payment date of 06th Dec 2020 . Could you please explain how can person get the first disbursement of loan done in 2-3 days. Can you please revert me why only 3 days were given to pay almost 30 lakhs.

                            I have booked flat in Godrej park retreat(GDPRF1403) pre launch day, 31st May 2022 by paying Rs. 1, 000, 00 as token amount and total 3.12 lakh rs. As of now there is no agreement or sale deed has been made between me and builder.

                            Due to laon issue i'm not able to proceed, when I contacted Godrej park retreat to cancel my booking, they are saying, there is no refund policy from Godrej and entire amount (3.12 lac) will be forfeited and considered as a cancellation charges.

                            Please assist to get refund of booking amount.

                              I would like to inform you that I have purchased my present residential 3 BHK flat from your renowned organization at Godrej Prakriti, Kolkata in the year of 2013. I got my possession in 2015 at Aravali Tower of 904. We started leaving from 2018. But within one year i.e., from 2019 problems are surfaced out one by one.
                              I regret to inform you that despite our several complaints registered your concerned maintenance department for the last one and half year, the defects are not attended so far. Now, I mentioned the grave concerned areas are –
                              1. Severe water seepage in the bathroom (attached to master bedroom), so the there are bulge in the wall and roof also.
                              2. Tiles are bulged out from the floor at master bedroom.
                              3. Skirting tiles are coming out at every room
                              4. Lintel beam (sun set) damaged a great extent, and rebar is getting exposed & rusted. Now damage is increasing further towards main structures.
                              Whenever we lodge complaint to maintenance team; they simply visit the place and informed us that they would let know to concerned department and the same answer we are getting for the last one and half year. We are only running pillar to post without any result.
                              We even report to your representative Mr. Palash Das personally at the residential marketing office at Godrej Prakriti premises and through email also but unfortunate enough that he does not even bother for any resolution neither response properly. We also address our issues to Mr. Nayan Banerjee.
                              Investing of huge amount of our hard-earned money to your renowned project seems to be getting wasted. Hence, we request you to address my problem empathetically and would ask for proper rectification immediately.

                                I am a regretted owner of a flat at Godrej Aqua, Bengaluru. I am a NRI residing in Belgium. I want to complaint regarding the poor customer service with Godrej properties.
                                I have been following up since November 2021 regarding the registration process with one of the then representative Tharun, as i was travelling to India in December 2021 for vacation. But as the regristration process is getting delayed and as i had to travel back, i made a power of attorney on my brother in laws name ans travelled back. Sice then i have been constantly been following up with Tharun regarding registration every now and then, like for every month. We have received an email on 1st April 2022 intimating that the handover will soon start. But not exact date. I have been waiting since then and again following up on the same with Tharun. I have received my final invoice on 18th July 2022. Immediately i have paid the full amount including pre maintenance charges without any delay. Inspite of this and again constant follow I came to know that Tharun has already long before initiated regiatrations for some other members inspite of my constant follow up. Then he disappears and Anjali, another representative in his place comes into picture. I have been following up constantly with her too. Now all of a sudden today i receive an email that I am levied upon some handling charges as the holding charges will be levied if the registration was not done before 90 days of the intimation email which is absolutely rubbish, ridiculous pathetic what not which is of no use. If the handling charges are to be levied they should be since the start of last invoice email. What is this stupid horrible worstest service i really dnt understand. Are these representatives qualified enough?. They are insane. What non sense non sync customer service is this. I am already in peaks of my frustration regarding the worst modular kitchen work which was promised for. Now on top of this the handling charges. I am not going to pay a single penny of this handlong charges. Inspite being an NRI i tried my level best to constantly consistently follow up with the team. This is not at acceptable. Afterall we didnt buy a chocolate from Godrej but we bought a damn property. Absolutely horrendous it is. I am not at all going to recommend Godrej to any of my near and dear at all and i will make sure to put this statement boldly in whichever social platform it may be. I want this issue to be addressed ASAP by the team. Hundreds of representatives keep on changing and no one even bothers to stay updated on a customer history in their absence. Really really dissapointed regretting that as to why i bought this property from godrej. Please contact directly on my wats app number with the representative Anjali.
