Godrej — replacement of washing machine

we have purchased fully automatic washing machine & it is under breakdown after 7 months we have logged complaint, it has been told by godrej service team spares are not available it will take time now already 6 months passed but complaint was not attended, service manager were told us machine will be replace with new they replaced our latch but after 15 days again it is under repaire, nobody commit us when problem will be solved. kindly let us know status we have all complaint numbers with us.

Updated by Ganesh Patil Please let us know status as well as action plan, we have been told machine will be replace with new one now service team insisting for repair. as it already repiared and team has taken almost six month, on which basis we shall agree to repaire?
