[Resolved]  Godrej Split Air Conditioner — Unsatisfied with the service provided by service team

This is with reference to my complaint no. (B[protected]) logged with godrej smartcare service team on[protected] and my issue still remains un-resolved.
I had given so many reminders to 'custumer care' but got no response and the local service team is playing with the issue.
I want to describe my issue instances wise.

1. I had brought a godrej split ac on[protected]. A big mistake...
2. The installation of the same took a long period of 15 days.
3. After installation the water leakage problem occurred till date unsolved even after number of calls to the customer care every time got the same reply we are taking it on top priority please wait our technician will visit but even they don't when the technician will visit.
4. Purchased the ac but not able to use it.

Why the hell do you make such products

Hopeless service
Please resolve or take your product back as it is unused and none of my use.
At least i expect an answer whether the complaint will be resolved or should i go next step forward.

no response from your concern team, no technician visited till date to solve the problem. what kind of a service do you provide, first of all its your product that is faulty (i need a replace for it or my money back) and i am bearing for it godrej does'nt seem to have any concern to it. even after calling 3-4 times a day to your customer service desk they have just one answer we are talking it on high priority but the result is still a big zero. your technician gave a call thrice "sir i will be visiting you today" all three days wasted what the hell is this if you don't want to visit then why are u playing with us. my three days are wasted waiting for your technician who will pay for that.

will surely look to it that nor I nor any of the members in my family and group should purchase godrej products hence forth.

please take your product back
0 out of 10 for your service.

it does not seems like you as a company can solve my problem or you are interested in solving customers complaints
