This is with reference to my complaint no. (B[protected]) logged with godrej smartcare service team on[protected] and my issue still remains un-resolved.
I had given so many reminders to 'custumer care' but got no response and the local service team is playing with the issue.

I am kiran kumar and my contact no is [protected] and i have buy godrej AC at 12 of june 2011 but still we didnt utilize any services but know my AC is not working and i have called to godrej cust care on 31 of may 2011 but now one can gave any responce, service is very poor and my godrej complaint no is 228430....

Reliance digital retail ltd - Worst service

On 18/04 i have bought Godrej split a/c (Model - GSC18FS 3 WIH) from Reliance digital retail ltd ,ECIL branch and i got the delivery on same day.Also i have been told that it will be installed on Monday i.e 19/04.however it was not the case.
After several chases (10 times) on 19/04 and 20/04 then they have come for installation on 20/04 and in middle of installation process they said that there is some problem in compressor...

NOT WORKING
I HAVE PURCHASED ONE SPLIT AIRCONDITIONER IN THE MONTH OF APRIL 2008. AT THE END OF AUGUST IT IS NOT WORKING. I HAVE GIVEN A COMPLAINT IN GODREJ SERVICE STATION IN GUNTUR, ANDHRA PRADESH NAME CITY AIR CONDITION AND ITS PHONE NUMBER IS[protected] ON 02/09/2008AND COMPLAINT NUMBER IS 7264. MORE THAN 40 DAYS HAS BEEN GONE. BUT STILL IT IS NOT REPAIRED. KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER.
