I a m kaushal shukla from bhayender (east). I have booked a Washing Machine on 24 day of fab 2010 , since last 2 month it is not Working since I don’t have time to call but after long back I thought of get repair I had given 1 st call on 01/12/2010and complaint no given to me 174300 and I have been told that after repair only you give csn no which is 117 .the day I given complaint is Wednesday and he suppose to come on Thursday dt 02/12/10 but he is manage to come on sat 04/12/10 .as he has come with attitude to not to do any think he ask for bill and I was there at Ahmadabad . and I told him that I bought on fad now it’s just 10 month and your warranty is 24 month so pls finesh the work as and when I come I will give you details the attitude of of your technical person is just like he is doing same great fever to me .as he told me that he don’t have gear box o[censored]nit and it will done on Monday . from monday02/10 to I had waited till 13/12/10 and after calling only I came to know that my complain has been close without doing my work’s surprised and sad to your call center that your service is worst to worst .goderaj is known for his service and I was surprise to see what they are saying and what they are doing . finely I had call bad given bill details date of purchase then I had receive complaint no as 180615with sms that some UNIQUE - DHARMESH PRAJAPATI - [protected] WILL BE ATTENDING MY CILL AT 13/12/[protected]@16.01 HRS .When i given call on same no i got reply from Dharmesh that i have no idea and nothing had told to him .again i had call to use less call center and had communication to girl call Miss Sonali after long discussion I got one more complaint no as as 180615 but name was Technician AJIT SINGH AND MO NO [protected] Will be attending your call @17.50hrs on dt 13/12/10. when I call up to him he reply I just come from my native palace and don’t know any think When I given call to your man and surprise DHARMESH With on his cell he is said that I have to fax bill to him then he will see to when to do my work .THIS IS WHAT YOUR PEOPLE TALK
Dear Mr. adi godrej I am sorry to buy such a worst product and the worst servicing experience and I will tall every buddy spl Indian consumer that pls think twice to bur godrej product
Dear you repair or don’t repair go to hell I will throw that washing machine into dustbin and think for better opinion for other co .
and by the way thanks for your service and respond to my problem seriously.
