Sir I Satvir Sharma Principal of Vidya Bal Bhawan Sr. Sec. School Mayur Vihar 3 feel very disappointed for your negligence towards the customer care & satisfaction because your service provider could not do their job completely saying that my AC are of old model and their spare parts are not available. your company do the 12 no of AC AMC dt 26.04.2017 & Amount Rs. 63178/-. I am already mailed so many letters but no response get yet . On the basis of my mail June 11, 2018, 04.10.2017, 13.09.207, 08.09.2017, 07.09.2017, 06.09.2017, and 22.07.2017. Kindly solve this problem & return the amount in my bank Accounts.
