Sir I Satvir Sharma Principal of Vidya Bal Bhawan Sr. Sec. School Mayur Vihar 3 feel very disappointed for your negligence towards the customer care & satisfaction because your service provider could not do their job completely saying that my AC are of old model and their spare parts are not available. your company do the 12 no of AC AMC dt 26.04.2017 & Amount Rs. 63178/-. I am already mailed so many letters...

I bought a Godrej 1.2T window A.C from Vijay sales, S.V. Road, Goregaon (W) on 21/6/08 .The model No is GWC14G2 and the chassis No Is [protected]. After purchase no one from the company came for the free servicing, it was only upon calling them they used to come. Moreover all they did in the name of servicing was to clean the front grill filter. A soon as one year is over, I get a call to do an AMC with the company. I do an AMC with sainath...

No cooling issue since 7th march 2010

I am a customer from Ghatkopar EAST,
have a window AC of godrej since 2008 and it has been working fine all this time, i have been renewing my contract with you guys and never had any issues untill 6th march 2011.
Thats when it all started, The AC was having some issues with cooling and hence i launched a complaint with your call center regarding the same Ord # 659564.
The 1st technician(Musheer) came on 7th and...

AFTER THIS MADE I MADE COMPLAINT TO THE CONCERNED DEALER AND ADVICED ME CONTACT GODREJ SERVICE CENTRE.AND FOLLWED THE SAME BY ME AND THOSE PEOPLE GIVEN ME REF.125062 AND TECH.ENGINEER CAME AND REMOVED THE CONCERNED PART AND TAKEN AWAY AND TOLD ME THAT THE PERTICULAR ITEM IS TO BE REPLACED AND PRESENTLY THERE...

Last year I bought Godrej Widow AC GWC18. After one year it is not cooling at Summer time. I have given complained to Godrej Toll free Number on 02.06.2010. On 7th June Service Engineer came to my residence and did his responsibility regarding my problem. In conclusion he stated that AC's COMPRESSOR is to be changed. I called two times in Toll Free number. Response from "Godrej is Compressor is not available in our stock"....
