I had booked 4 tickets to fly on 12th August 2023 from Pune to Delhi vide PNR no EDLHHK . The booking was done 01 May 2023 through Ease my trip. Since your flights have been cancelled I have been writing to Ease my trip demanding the refund. They give a standard reply saying Gofirst has not processed the refund and they will refund only after receiving from your end. This seems to me very unreasonable and fishy because even after 7 months they say no action from GOFIRST. Please advise me the correct position as I will be taking legal action against whichever party is responsible to recover my dues of Rs 13, 772/= along with compensation for delay, , harassment and mental agony .
