Purpose of the pri line is to do outbound calls to reach out to website visitors who registered have with us and also to make calls to our customers. We do not do call anyone who have not registered with us. The pri line our registered business number of[protected] is marked as spam by 240 users in truecaller. As mentioned above, 100% of all our outbound calls from this number is made to our registered users who have validated their otp i. E one time password with us. With registration and otp we have a good opt-in procedure and there is no way the registered users will mark the calls as spam.

Hence request you to please remove the spam on the above pri line. If anyone marks us as spam, is there a way we get notified and we verify whether it was an unsolicited call or it is a call to a registered user as we have otp verification done during registration itself. This validation before marking spam should be done the way the ndnc registry (National do not call registry) handles the complaints. Otherwise, unscrupulous and unethical competitors of gofrugal can negatively impact gofrugal business. We believe that is what has resulted in this spam marking of our official business number

Just to highlight the recent activity of one the spurious incident from competitors (Who have been banned from google now) created an google ad on our behal[censored]s on a huge discount schemes on product & solutions not available in our website. Our trusted partner and field network was disturbed & created conflicts in our channel network. Google did not validate the user of the ad links to other website which is actually a spam. With such cases of forgery, i feel truecaller needs a better validation mechanism especially with business users before marking spam

Finally, request for timely resolution within max 7 business days as we are losing business every single day and our ability to manage the service quality is highly affected. Request you to please consider this else we will have to legal remedy
