My booking id : GOFLD38E7F[protected] My ticket was booked for 6th April 2020. Due to Corona Lockdown the flight was cancelled by Indigo Airlines. Indigo Airlines has returned the amount to Goibibo and Goibibo is not returning the refund since last 60 days. Firstly we cannot reach Goibibo Customer care Team through their customer care number, after raising multiple query in their website i have got 5 times mail that they will be crediting the amount in 7 to 10 but even after 60 days its still not credited. I have not received my refund to my account. Goibibo asked for my account details and i have provided the same but its still not credited. This would be the 5th time Goibibo has committed in last 60 days and i have not received the refund. Was this information helpful? |
