Harassment to customer by violating the Air India Notice during such pandemic period
Dear sir
I Ms DMANKITA PRIYADARSHINI, has booked a fight ticket in Air India from Jaipur(JAI) to Bhubaneswar(BBI) for date 24/04/2021 in economy class with PNR-YBW3B.with booking id-GOFLDMTCE29B[protected]. But due to oncoming super cyclone and peak trend of Covid-19, and lock down in both state I wanted to reschedule my flight in between 1st June to 6th June or 28th of December of this year as per my convenience.On this regards Air India has published a notice that any ticket booked from 12th April 21 to 31st may-21 can be rescheduled without any cost. with this privilege i have informed Goibibo to reschedule my flight to any date within my prescribed period .so after discussion with Goibibo executives Mr Abhisek kumar Anurag i had paid the tax amount of 500/- on fair difference. After some time i have also received the confirmed rescheduling ticket for another flight. But i am very much astonished that after six hour again the same executive demanded 3850/- for rescheduling. I denied to pay that difference, because as per notification from air India nothing should be paid for rescheduling, it should be free of cost. now I need that a strong action should be taken regarding these activities and i wish such type of fraudulent activities to be stopped soon.

My booking id : GOFLD38E7F[protected] My ticket was booked for 6th April 2020. Due to Corona Lockdown the flight was cancelled by Indigo Airlines. Indigo Airlines has returned the amount to Goibibo and Goibibo is not returning the refund since last 60 days. Firstly we cannot reach Goibibo Customer care Team through their customer care number, after raising multiple query in their website i have got 5 times mail that they will be crediting...

I have not received a refund even after 15 days, I referred with the bank and they said the amount had not been credited.deeply dissatisfied with your service and customer care.please take my booking id of the Goibibo-TRNM1JOCP7WMDX.i still haven’t received my amount after checking with the bank with the transaction number Goibibo provided.please resolve this problem asap
