Golden Forest (India) Ltd — my account number is invalid

Dear sir/madam,

While trying to file claim regarding gfil i am getting an error 'account no is invalid' on the very first page. I am filing the claim for my mother madhu maheshwari (Depositor) holding account in golden forests (India) limited (Gfil) bearing the account no: lsb210192 of rs. 10000 only.

After filling all details and submitting the details in the first section, i'm unable to move to the next section where it is generating a pop-up message as account number is invalid. I have tried filling account numbers as lsb210192, as mentioned on the site. Still i am getting this error.

I hereby request you to please solve this issue as soon as possible.
