Related to money back for maturity amount

Dear Sir,
I had fixed INR 500 amount for the scheme run by Golden Forest (India) Ltd Zone 3, which sponsered to give maturity amount INR 111000.00 after 25 years investment plan and complete in the year of 2021 with the Receipt No. LS/97/13387and issue date is 17/01/1997 but there is no information about this scheme maturity amount given by bank (Canara Bank). I have the required documents as well.
Kindly inform the furthure procedure that how i can get the maturity amount as soon as possible.

Dear sir/madam,
While trying to file claim regarding gfil i am getting an error 'account no is invalid' on the very first page. I am filing the claim for my mother madhu maheshwari (Depositor) holding account in golden forests (India) limited (Gfil) bearing the account no: lsb210192 of rs. 10000 only.
After filling all details and submitting the details in the first section, i'm unable to move to the next section...
