Hence at any time it will be demolished. Save your business, Vacate it now, There are lot of cheap and best business centres are available for very less monthly rent.They are not approved building. This building may be demolished at any time by corporation. It is business, what is wrong in doing business in unapproved building, we got notice and we know how to handle it. We do risky business like that, if you want look for alternate, why are u guys are disturbing us, get lost, we don't need your business at Golden Rays business Centre, West Mambalam at Chennai - 600 033. Finally I agree water shortage leads to very bad smell, spray any room perfume and enjoy. also use less water, save water. Very strict instruction to all that every one knows that it is more than 75 years old building and obviously corporation issue notice either to alter or demolish. I already invested more on this and not ready to do further. Whoever wants to vacate adjust the advance and get lost and not authorized to question me on this issue. We know how to do business and how to handle the corporation notice.
