Golden Technologies — refund of paid rs.751/-by vpl due to after a lapse of 1 month no confirmation received

Though i have paid rs.751/-by vpl and receive the letter last month., but in spite of my repeated reminders by email, telephone and sms, no response from the company come to me till date. Now i want the refund of rs.715/- less postage charge of rs.26/- i paid. I also decide not to do any work with the above company.
