Golden Vacation — requesting a refund on the trip to sikkim

Hello,

We did a travel plan to sikkim on dec last week through goldenvacation.in but that was pathetic. The agent asked us to pay full amount of 40k but no correct service provided and the listed places were not taken giving us reasons. We wasted 2 days of our trip due to this and hence need a refund of it.

We called them multiple times to sort this out but none are calling back neither an email response.
