Hello,

We did a travel plan to sikkim on dec last week through goldenvacation.in but that was pathetic. The agent asked us to pay full amount of 40k but no correct service provided and the listed places were not taken giving us reasons. We wasted 2 days of our trip due to this and hence need a refund of it.

We called them multiple times to sort this out but none are calling back neither an email response....

While we took a trip to north east. We clearly mentioned we are looking for non veg hotels, which they failed to provide. Later they say, take your own food, and reduce the same from package payment. Also, because of landslide which happened even before trip started, they did not inform us. On the night before they shifted us to another small city, but forced us to live in lodge type hotel. On the last day they asked the cab driver to vanish...
