I have sent twice mail to Gold Gym Corporate mail id as well and below are the contents :
10-Sep Mail:
This is to bring to your notice that despite Gold Gym claims that we are free to transfer membersip to any other center across I am facing extrenmely poor service.
I have been trying to reach out to Gold Gym HSR for transfer since last 3 days and everytime I call I am given only one reason "Manager is not here and we will callback" and since I am writing this mail it is obvious that HSR branch doesnt care to call back and seems to be avoiding.
I have shifted to Indra Nagar and so I want to change my membership to Indranagar branch and all this is only wasting my time.
Can you please look into this.
03-Dec mail:
It has been almost 3 months now that I have been struggling to get a transfer of membership from HSR to IndiraNagar branch. I never expected such a pathetic service from Gold Gym.
Everytime I reach Indra nagar branch I am told that they have not received cheque and HSR branch guys keep saying that we have sent or we will check.
I am done with all this harassment and I am going make a complaint in consumer forum now as I dont have time to keep communicating between two branches and suffer for something that I have paid.
