I join gold Gym ravet pune maharashtra
I took one year package..at the time of joining I was told if I want to transfer in to any gold Gym in pune it will be done as I took one year memeber ship..due to another COVID issues I was nt able to go to gym..i shifted to wakad n I went to wakad branch they mentioned it is very easy process just go to ravet branch and ask them to transfer the ownership..I went to ravet branch did everything which was required..after 4 weeks i get call from wakad branch stating we received an amt now u will have to pay extra to take membership..they stated this is the rule
When I called ravet branch the lady there mentioned tht" WHEN U SIGNED THE MEMBERSHIP FORM U SHOULD HAVE READ N THT TO VERY RUDELY"
MY COMPLETE AMOUNT JUST WENT IN THE AIR..IT IS THE BIGGEST LOSS FOR ME..i never thought GOLD GYM WILL DO SOMETHING LIKE THIS..I NEED MY COMPLETE AMOUNT BACK FOR THE DAYS I DID NOT GO AND I WILL SEE TO JOIN SOME OTHER BRAND..I HAVE COMPLETE RECORDS... EVERYTHING WAS HIDDEN FROM ME...I WAS NVER TOLD ABOUT THE CHARGES OR ANYTHING WHILE GETTING THE MEMBERSHIP TRANSFERRED Was this information helpful? |
