Golf Property Management — income tax fraud and inappropriate behavior

I have recently relocated to Noida from hyderabad and got to know about this property management company named "Golf Property Management" and used them to look for accommodation. In this process the broker named "Manvendra Kumar" with contact number [protected] convinced me to take up a property after committing for the various fixtures in the flat with a brokerage amount of 8200 rupees. The broker was regularly troubling me for money and on the day of moving threatened me that he will not let me move if I do not pay and hence had to give his money. On moving in I found that I was cheated and the flat had none of the fixtures promised. After this I asked the broker for the bill of brokerage to which he did not respond and said I cannot give my PAN details as I am already in a Income tax issue and do not have GST details. It is clearly a fraud company being run by a fraud individual. I need to authentic proof of payment and also my money back. I have the fake agreement letter that the broker made and also the fake receipt given to me.
