Gomechanic — Complaint regarding over long delay in accidental repair of my creta-HR51BP2573

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have handed over my Creta car - HR51BP2573 to gomechanic RD Autolinks Panchkula (Haryana) on 21st December 2021 for accidental repair. I was assigned Mr Parveen Kumar, [protected], for my gomechanic car repair. He initially told me that my car will be ready in 15~20 days. After 20 days of receiving no update from gomechanic end, I rigorously started following him for my car update, to which he rarely attended my calls or updated me about my car status, just on some days asking me more time for car spare parts. Finally after 45 days, I lost my temper and asked them to justify the delay and even registered a complaint with their customer care over phone, asking them to give me a concrete deadline by when I can expect my car back, to which he firmly gave me 22 Feb 2022 deadline, considering its already 2 month since I initially handed them my car.

Today 22 Feb 2022, he again didn't pick my calls and when I called their branch office, some guy said that it will still take at least one more week for the car to be ready. Now I don't believe these guys anymore and I have lost all faith in this company and would request you to look into the matter ASAP and return my car, and carry an investigation on this unduly delayed in my car repair, failing to do so I have no resort left then to take legal action against it.
