I was promised a total refund as the workshop did not replace any part and gave me a bill of Rs 10, 000. I was assured by the GoMechanic buddy Lokesh that I will get back the total refund and I have not been contacted since. The supervisor Inderjeet Singh also does not want to pick my calls or reply to my messages.
The workshop is in Gurgaon, near Daultabad flyover.
I have videos and recordings of the way I was treated at the workshop and it is sad to have even gotten my car here in the first place. Was this information helpful? |
